Everyone in the office in Monroe is very patient and helpful. They listen to the people and address the concerns that are brought to their attention.

Their office has been amazing. Whether it be appointments or even things outside of appointments like a pharmacy mishap where they called the pharmacy for me to get it taken care of because they know that talking on the phone is hard for me.

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. All of the staff that I've dealt with...from receptionists to nurses to the doctors and anyone else...have all been absolutely amazing and so kind.

I love this office! My favorite part is Dr. Moosa let's patients have a say in their care and treatment. He is always asking my opinions and how I feel about treatment and where to go next but also tells me his suggestions. I feel comfortable and would recommend anyone to see him. All of his providers are awesome as well. You cannot go wrong with this office!

I have so much appreciation and respect for Dr. Moosa and Dr. Jackie. Dr. Jackie really listens to what your feeling and she makes adjustments in meds to find the best solution to help you. I am so very thankful for her. My life as a diabetic is truly looking up because of them! The ladies that take you back are not always sweet, helpful or kind. In the end you just want to see these Doctors, they are worth it. So I just smile and say thank you when I come across someone having a ruff day and move on. Its once a month.

Update: still with this office. Dr. Ellie has left but I now have Dr. Jackie

My visit to Dr. Moosa's office last week in Monroe was, as always, a very positive experience. My appointment was with Dr. Jackie and she is always so good about answering any questions I might have about my testing on the multiple nodules on both sides of my thyroid. She is very friendly and helpful and I appreciate that. In fact, the entire staff that I came in contact with were all very courteous, professional and helpful. I feel that I receive great care there! I recommend that office highly!

I had a visit at Dr Moosa's office in Oregon with Allison. She always makes me feel good. I love that way she cares about my well being and strives to work with me and all my issues. She takes her time to really listen and care about me. All the staff is great from greeting me at the desk to the nursing staff being caring and helpful.

Love the office. Lane takes care of me with compassion. She really cares. I can text or email her at anytime and always get an answer very soon. The office is very efficient. Always in and out. Never a long wait. Very please with the staff. I would advise anyone who needs help with managing their diabetes to call and make an appointment. Thanks to all at this office in Monroe.

Dr Moosa and his team are very kind and respectful from start to finish. The check in staff are efficient. Wait times are short. Lane Judge always takes the time to go over the details and be sure I understand everything. She went the extra mile to reach out to the insurance company when I was stuck in paperwork. The check out staff has also been helpful and informative.

I had an appointment with Dr. Jackie last week and as always I was well taken care of. The entire staff took care of my needs. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and offered suggestions for any problems I had. I will always be grateful for the entire staff. Dr. Moosa has put together one of the best staff you could possible hope for.

I Love The staff at Both Monroe and Holland location. Monroe is my favorite office the dr. there she really knows her stuff and has helped me so much and i always try and meet a goal i worry to disappoint her shes amazing like i said. She has helped me reach every goal and i look forward to going to my Dr. appointments as well she always asks about my mom and making sure shes on top of her goals as well! That's so Appreciated!

So far I like everyone I've encountered there, especially Dr Moosa. I recently met with the PA who was great. My only complaint are wait times are long but its probably COVID related. Also they have a sign that they do not turn patients away even when they are late so wait times may be longer than normal which is actually nice of them. It may be frustrating to many but this shows that the doctor actually cares and wants to help you.

Very compassionate staff. Nurse Jackie checked me in and she is the sweetest! The doctor is also very thorough with everything.

I visited the Holland office and had appointments with Dr Moosa and Stephanie don't think I've ever been to a doctor's office where I walk out happy! I have liked doctors in the past but never felt they genuinely cared about my health. I will recommend this office to everyone!

Haven’t felt this great in years. The weight has come off, I’m off of insulin. I’m a whole new person and I owe it all to Dr. Judge. Great staff throughout the office. I’m so glad I was recommended to Dr. Moosa’s office by my primary care physician. Great choice!!!

Dr Moosa , Jackie Meldrum, Lane Judge, Alison Fleig and Stephanie Allison are all great. The staff is excellent. Friendly and courteous. I would recommend to everyone. I have referred family to their office.

Love Dr. Moosa, he listens to all your concerns and gives advice but isn't pushy! His staff is very friendly and kind also. I highly recommend him as a doctor. Glad I finally found a trustworthy doctor.

The best!! I just started seeing Dr. Moosa a few months ago, and I can’t begin to explain what a wonderful place his office is. Dr. Moosa is one of the nicest human beings I’ve ever met! Honestly, all of All the Dr.’s, PA’s, nurses and staff are so incredibly kind. They make me feel comfortable - which is so important to me. Can’t recommend Endocrine Specialists enough!

I have Hashimotos and was diagnosed in 2008. Originally, I saw a different doctor. It was very frustrating at that office and I was on the hunt for someone new. My old doctor never listened to my symptoms and kept telling me to suck it up. Dr. Moussa was an amazing listener and ran all new tests. He found out there was plenty of new issues with me, and once he told me what to do about them, I was a whole new person. Dr. Moussa's staff are also amazing, and sweet and you always feel welcome and taken care of. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Moussa to any of my friends or family. He is MOST DEFINITELY worth the drive.

Dr.Moosa is the Best endocrine doctor I have ever seen. He knows his profession well!!! I have gone through so many (seven in my lifetime!) who just didn’t have answers or care enough to get them. He does and it shows. FINALLY getting answers and solutions to lifelong issues. Could not be happier. Him and his office staff even went above and beyond to make sure insurance would cover my medication.
