It was delicious and the service was great!! Very kind wait staff. I got the whitefish sandwich. It was loaded with tarter sauce, which I love. I always have to add more. We ordered take out so we could eat outside with my dog.

Armando's cheeseburger skillet/scramble is THE Best! It's the perfect bite - hash browns on the bottom, the egg scramble with the deliciously seasoned hamburger meat and topped/loaded with cheddar cheese! I don't eat toast bc the main is so good, but the white is so good. Hence 2 pieces of toast instead of 4. Will eat for days, take home only indicates I now stop eating when I am not hungry anymore, nothing more.

Very limited menu, but the staff was quick and friendly! The food was excellent and the prices are great. The building is historic and well preserved, so so cool!

My husband took me to Douglas house (dog house!) For a drink... When they went to college this was one of the places they liked to go. They make a great jolly rancher! It was delicious, but stop at one! They also make the yummiest little pasties! Great place to stop in and check out!

The restaurant was a very pleasant atomsphere to be in for dinner. The staff were very welcoming and the food was delicious. The only place in town that i know of that you can get breakfast for dinner.

Armando was my Uncle, he developed the place and sold it to guys that worked for him. They have continued to provide a welcoming environment for locals and first time visitors. MTU Alumni make it a must stop whenever they are in town on business, vacation or Reunions.

I've been coming here for years, it's a fantastic establishment! The food, the people, and the prices are all worth talking about. I like the atmosphere of the place. Also after I finish work I can come grab a bite to eat. The bar connected to it is also top notch. Definitely recommend eating here!

Had the lasagna special it was good, different taste to the sauce might be cinnamon i hear some put in sauce, not my to liking guess it's the bit of Italian in me.

I hung out a lot here with my now husband back when he was at Michigan Tech. We come back up here to Houghton every so often to reminisce. It’s a great place for breakfast (Armando’s) and a great place to grab a drink (Saloon) - the free popcorn is the best. Great to see not much has changed since we moved away.

Super cool, old building with a lot of the original woodwork and stained glass from the 1800s. Would highly recommend the ravioli. The staff was kind and helpful.

The waitstaff greeted us immediately. Excellent service, amazing food - we chose this restaurant by chance on our way through, but we will be coming back next time with purpose!

Decent breakfast spot with large portions. Would be perfect hangover spot for any of you binge drinkers

Combo bar and restaurant. Old and has a 1920's feel. Restaurant is seat yourself and the wait staff will get with you asap. Bakery items seem to sell out quickly. Breakfast was very tasty.

Lacey (our waitress) was great. Breakfast, amazing as usual. Love this place for food with friends! The scrambles are always a good choice!
