I had an issue with the finish on my bat. I contacted customer service who responded promptly and took care of the issue to my satisfaction. Additionally, the bats are high quality and have good pop!

I ordered what I thought was the ProXR flat bat one hand trainer for my son to use while he was in a cast. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and just ordered the standard one hand trainer. After researching the website I saw that you cannot return custom bats, which the one hand trainer is categorized as. I had already sent an email to the company asking about a possible return but now had determined based on the website information that that was not possible. To my surprise, I did receive a response and an updated invoice with a return of the wrong bat and the purchase of the correct bat. This was unexpected and I had already decided and used the bat we received. I sent a quick email saying that I could no longer send it back as it was used but was interested still in the Pro XR. The representative got me set up super quick with that new order and even put a rush on it because it was for my son who needed to use it sooner rather than later due to being out with a broken thumb. Overall, a great bat (my son loves it) and good quality. The customer service was top notch in my opinion. Not a long delay in response and willing to help with our situation. I would not hesitate to recommend DTB to any of our friends.

I'm a retired pro baseball player and I tried using a Dovetail bat back in 2013 and to be honest it was the best most balanced bat I've ever used. The following year after getting my new bats in and being able to use the bats for a season I must admit I haven't and still not swung better bats ! Paul and his crew have done a tremendous job with the product and I couldn't be any happier. Since my retirement and using Dovetail bats in mens league tournaments I'll never swing another bat to me they are the best in the business and the verities of model's he has will fit any style of hitters including kids . I wish I would have had these bat as a pro player! Thanks Paul and Dovetail bat company you have made playing ball again awesome.

Have 2 players that use them and one is my son, I'm super impressed by DTB bats. I bought a 2 bat custom order that arrived earlier than expected. They are beautiful bats and have held up very well so far, one has been in play since last year and the others at least a few solid months. Very good pop (all maple) and the Granite Grip is a very nice touch especially if you don't love batting gloves. A+++ and Made in America 🇺🇸 maybe my wife will get me a fungo for Christmas!

Small business!!! USA made . Well made with out a doubt. If we as Americans can’t support a local company producing and staple for America’s fav past time then shame on you .
