Maybe next time you’ll think about stopping and asking “Do you need help?” I pray that you do!

Had a good experience with Bob's Towing today. We worked with a terrible company, Quest Towing Services, and their terrible customer service. The whole time Bob was pleasant. Bob got my car to where it needed to go, in a timely manner, and worked with me to get the payment worked out in an honest way. I would use him again, but hopefully my car won't break down again. :D

Top notch all the way around. Quick response for a tow. Great communication about the work to be done. Highly recommend.

Thank You so much, our trailer jumped the hitch taking 2 ATVs into a county drain ditch. The driver was Amazing and the gentleman in the white truck were so professional. And they kept the ATVS and Trailer safe as it was carefully pulled out. Again THANK YOU! 😊

Had a truck that was serviced at Bob's Auto Body due to a deer impact. Service was amazing and I received the truck in a better condition then before the accident even happened. Highly recommend this shop and as well their tow truck operators are top notch.

Wonderful service. My dad locked the truck door with no door key available. The serviceman kept working on it in the rain until he got it open. I cannot thank him enough.

I got into a very minor accident over the weekend but needed to get a part replaced on my car as soon as possible. I work across the street so, I went to Bob's on my lunch on Monday and Steve looked everything over, made a phone call, and said he would have the part delivered the next afternoon and I could drop my car off then. It took a total of two hours and Steve even drove my car over for me when it was all done!! Everyone I worked with was very friendly and efficient!

My kid had a tire blow out at 11pm on a Friday night. I called Bob’s Auto Body and he was there to change the tire in 20 minutes and get my kid back on the road. I am so impressed with the service and the entire interaction with this company. I would highly recommend Bob’s Auto Body!

After an almost 2 hour debacle between my insurance and roadside assistance, I was finally on the schedule to get a tow for a flat tire. My original pickup time was estimated between 5:02-5:12, but the dealership closed at 5. I called the number sent to me via text and told them that time frame wasn’t going to work because I needed to get to the dealership before they closed, as I lived out of town. Don made some adjustments and got me and my vehicle by 4. Upon arrival to the dealership, we found out the service shop was closed. Don instantly grabbed his phone and called around to find somewhere local to get my car into before closing on a Saturday evening. I live an hour and half away, and he knew how desperately I needed my car and needed to get home. Great customer service, taken care of in a timely manner, I would highly recommend this company. An older gentleman in the office (perhaps the owner?) came out and tried to help get my tailgate latch unstuck. After a few minutes of tinkering, he explained to me what was wrong and that it was relatively easy to fix if I took the plastic off. He said the guys at the shop could do it, but it would be a bit. He also quoted me a ding on my front bumper.

The gentleman went above and beyond to help and explain how I could fix it on my own. I will be back to get my bumper fixed. Great service and friendly people.

I've been doing business with bobs auto and using there towing services and body shop work for 31 years.. just week ago I learn they now do mechanical work so I now have more options that's a good things cause local shops are 3 weeks or more out and that's ridiculous if u need one now.. thank u to the office manager who worked with to help out a friend and was very respectful and reasonable with him after young lied about alot of things..keep up good work bobs .. now if only u had a cure for chronic issues .

We needed our tire changed and couldn't get the lug nuts off. Called AAA and they sent out Bob's Auto Body. Derek was so nice and quickly changed the tire. He also checked the air pressure in the spare tire, which we were glad he did because it was only halfway full.

I can not express how awesome Bob's has been. I had to get my van towed and then towed again to a different mechanic. They were friendly, fast, and just downright amazing. I will exclusively use them for this area!

Incredible service. On Friday July 3rd early afternoon I lost steering in my truck at our property in Farwell. Within about 3&1/2 hours my truck was not only picked up from the property and taken to their garage but also repaired before everyone left for the holiday. Absolutely amazing. Thank you all at Bob's auto body!!

They did good body work fixing my car and the customer service was absolutely amazing. The loaner car was a reasonable car which helped me out a lot. However, I did have to take it back to have a couple issues corrected (chrome grill trim not installed well so it was loose, front bumper had to be aligned better & minor imperfection in the paint). But Megan's customer service made up for that and had it all corrected within the same day.

Bob's is a great dependable body shop. My car was dropped off when scheduled and a clean well maintained loner was ready. I picked up my car when it was scheduled to be completed and it looked perfect. They did a very good job with everything and my car was cleaned inside and out.

My husband's truck broke down Thursday and left ous stranded on the side of the road. Bob's had a tow truck to us in less than 30 minutes and got the truck fixed in less than 24 hours. Great service, quick and efficient!
