Walmart Supercenter

My husband & I were passing through St John's, MI on our way back home to the Shepherd area and stopped into this Walmart. It was one of the cleanest, most organized, and welcoming stores we have been in in along time. They were out of the item we stopped for but what an awesome store with very friendly employees.

Great place to shop, helpful ppl, except the online order pickers...they completely ignore all customers...other than that, no complaints.

The cart pushers at this Walmart do their job very well, every time I’m there there nice and respectful and hard working

Nice Walmart. Friendly service. Wide selection of items to choose from.

Had to order prescriptions online. Process was very quick and easy. Quick response and refill was done within hours. Also was shopping in store yesterday. Finally am able to get the cat food I need for my kitties.

Very clean store. Employees are friendly. It's one of the best Walmart's I've been to. Update November 25th 2023. They're currently renovating the outside of the store where they used to do curbside pickup. It's still my preferred Walmart.

Had to go to Customer service to have them print a receipt for 14 bags of Scott's mulch my son had picked up for me 3 days prior. The mulch was full of garbage, metal wires and metal parts. They were very helpful and printed out one.

They have everything you could possibly want or need in one place. Great prices also.

They had some really nice gift bags!!

Tonight I experienced some of the finest customer service ever! I needed assistance in the jewelry department to find a couple of silver necklace chains. Michelle went above and beyond in knowledge and courtesy to help me find just the right chains. Thank you St. Johns Walmart for dedicated associates like Michelle. What an awesome ending to a r s ther long day!

to a rather long

I usually don't review big box stores however my most recent visit has left me with no choice. Yesterday my companion and I dropped in to pick up some fresh yellow fin tuna. My main goal was this seafood and I am embarrassed to admit that I somehow missed my bagged goodies on the spin rack while checking out. I live in Carson City some 20 or so miles outside of St. John's so when I got home I was completely crushed to find that I had left a grocery sack behind. I immediately called customer service, explained who I was, the issue, the checkout line, the nice woman who checked me out etc. Come to find out that the checkout lady Connie had placed my purchase aside. So glad I called. I didn't expect to find my lost purchase. With food prices as high as they are I am so very grateful that I am not out $30. Thank you Connie at checkout line #5. Thank you to her manager Brian and the whole customer service department. You guys are blessed people.✌FYI People...always keep your receipts, cause you never know.😉

Great selection of products, friendly customer service and good prices. Variety of food, fresh fruit, frozen goods, dairy goods, pet food, clothing and thousands of other products. In store deli, nail salon, hair salon, optical center and so much more convenience for life's needs.

Overnight semi parking allowed. 8pm to 8 am

I had ag great experience! Wore no mask, talked with an elderly couple about pumpkin choc. Chip cookies. I'm making them! There wasn't any waiting in lines. I went at 2:30 in the afternoon. Cashier was friendly!!!

Krista, Mindee, and Paulette in the Bakery made sure my dentist will not be hungry or low on blood glucose when I sit in the chair tomorrow. Thanks, you guys!

The first part of my shopping trip wasn't going too good. I had a question for the greeter who was extremely rude to me. I went in and talked to someone about my issue. Then a fairly new employee spoke up and helped me, while the others were telling me no one could help me. She went above and beyond, and cared enough to help. Then I got to the department I needed to be in and another employee came out with her and was very apologetic. There had been a problem that was out of their control. The two if them were very pleasant and handled the situation, which left me with a very pleasant shopping experience. So big shout out: Thank you so much Sam and Cameron!!!! You are sooooo appreciated!!!!!

They had each item I needed.
Specifically a tire pump and they had many options to choose from.
It was the first time in this Walmart.
Wow, is it big!
I had last been to the old store several years ago.

Very friendly place, employees are always happy to help, with anything I need.
