Had an issue with my laptop freezing randomly and he was able to find the issue and resolve it within 30 minutes, cannot recommend Up and Running enough!

so happy to know this full service computer store is in town and open each day with parts i need for my pc. called for a usb to ethernet adaptor and they had a choice of a few for me.. awesome not to be stuck with Amazon.

Up & Running Technology is the most knowledgeable and personal computer repair center I have ever been to. I was in a tough spot, preparing to travel and work remotely when my computer broke. They were able to repair my Macbook Pro and assist me with data recovery options. They work directly with Apple and are an Apple Authorized Service Provider. I was traveling and trusted them to send my repaired computer to another address and they did so promptly and kept me updated every single step of the way. This company, and Sharon, really go the extra mile for their customers. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family in the area. Thanks for your patience, kindness and help Up & Running!

Sharon and Michael are highly competent, congenial and courteous. Not only did they resolve some rather convoluted technical issues I had been experiencing with both hardware and software, they spent a considerable amount of time explaining to me precisely how I could avoid such problems in the future. They did a great job of transferring information from our old laptop to the new one. They had it done when they said they would and even did a follow up call to make sure everything is OK. Definitely will use again if needed, and would recommend to friends.

This place rules. My external hard drive was malfunctioning and I thought I’d lost everything important to my life. I stopped in, gave it to them, and they had it working within the hour for less than $40. I wanted to tip them but I didn’t have any cash. Give them a tip, they deserve it!!
