Midwest Dental - Sterling

I love Midwest Dental! I came from another Dental place who I had a bad experience with and I expressed that to the staff at Midwest. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I’ve had issues with bad teeth and a broken retainer, and both times Midwest was able to squeeze me in. Anytime someone asks about a dentist I always tell them to go to Midwest. The staff and dentist are so friendly and are great about explaining things. Also, always fairly priced!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Shaik and his team despite having sever anxiety with dentists. Heather was an absolute delight with her smile, chatter, and songs. She not only set me at ease, she had me smiling. Dr Shaik explained each step and asked frequently how I was doing. (The 'stress ball' was a great idea.) His concern was genuine. Amy was a pro at giving me shots that did not hurt (a first!). Her professionalism was top notched. (She even called to see how I was doing after the scaling.) The receptionist was friendly and professional.
I deeply appreciate each of you and your parts for making my visits the best I've ever experienced. Thank You!!!

Hygienist is great. Dentist listens and is helpful with any issues you have. Will work with you even if you are a new patient.

Dentist is very good,will get you in as soon as possible, a tooth exstation around 200 with no insurence,have payment plan if you qualify, and don't make you get dentures if teeth are pulled

Brand new patient of Dr. Shaik's due to relocating back to the area. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Shaik and his team. I was recently in for my first visit and cleaning. Hands down the BEST cleaning I have had in 22 years -- had been living in Chicago for 22 years and never got this thorough of cleaning. Dr. Shaik did all of the cleaning but the polish. He is incredibly kind and personable. I had to come back for a cavity filling and I can't even tell anything was done because he put the cavity in perfectly for my bite. So happy to have found a wonderful dentist along with his very friendly staff!!

I just wish they had a way to book an appointment online. They claim to have an option to, but it's actually just a contact us form and then they email you asking to call and set up the appointment. Seems like it would be simpler to have the website say "call for appointment" if they aren't going to actually offer any online scheduling tool.

Had a cleaning & exam. Cheyenne was great. Met the new Dentist who was friendly & professional. Had an issue with insurance coverage from last visit & front office staff identified what happened and are taking care of it.

My daughter, previously needed to be admitted in to the hospital to have Dental procedures performed. This staff worked with daughter, calmed her anxiety. She now has her Dental work completed in the Dental office. She enjoys the staff and is even flossing without a fight. Wonderful experience.

Heather was amazing and they made it really easy to figure out what the cost would be and how many appointments I'd have right away! If you have no insurance they'll help you get a discount!

Had my cleaning today with Cheyenne she did great and was very informative with what kind of care I needed to follow up with first one to tell me I needed more than the boreal cleaning thank you.

I'M so appreciative of how NO-ONE was judgemental of my flaws. From the receptionist to the Dentist , EVERYBODY at Midwest Dental SMILE as they welcomed me in as A NEW patient , while indulging in warmth conversations on ever step WE will take for an BEAUTIFUL & HEALTH SMILE .

I have had nothing but good experiences since I have been going to Midwest Dental, the people have all been very nice and very informative, they will help with all your needs whether your scared, in need of financial aid, or just need more directive on how to care for your teeth. They are always on the patients side and not just out to hit your pocket book. I would recommend them to anyone including small children.

I like the dental place. The staff workers are nice and make you feel homey. And the dentist she does excellent work on teeth. I would recommend her to anyone I knew. I'm glad I found my dentist to go to when I need a fixing in my mouth.

The dentist was very calming & informative. She offered a solution to an issue that's was never offered before. I am very pleased with her work.

Needed an extraction i let go far to long. Never been there but call monday & appt on tuesday. Very friendly, professional, pain free no lip numbing process. I'll be back. Highly recommend.
