This place was great and the people that work and own it are good people. We had to buy a washer and dryer fast for our parents that were moving over to Gardiner and the team was able to get us scheduled and installed quick. They also honored the warranty when the belt broke on the dryer and came right up the day before thanksgiving and truly saved the holiday.

The staff was very well informed about inventory on hand and strictly focused on pointing us to what we were looking for vs pitching other items. Very friendly crew and the best sweetest dogs.

Went there and purchased a GE washer/dryer stackable unit to replace a Blomberg unit that I was unhappy with. Good prices, delivered the same day, and friendly people. I'll be back the next time I need an appliance.

This place was a God send! My refrigerator was broken and I needed an inexpensive replacement that was decent looking and worked well. So last week I visited A1 in hopes that I could find just that and I did! The people there were very friendly, patient, and helpful. They tried very hard to find the earliest time to deliver so I wouldn’t be without a refrigerator. It turned out they were able to deliver the very next day. It just so happened they would be in the area the next day.
The delivery guys were very careful not to harm my house when they delivered and even helped me put my cats floor to ceiling roost back up. I’m sure that was not a requirement! I highly recommend A1 LA Used Appliance! Thank you A1 Team!!

We stopped here to get a washer dryer set. After looking around they came out with a dryer we really liked. I asked the owner if he had a matching washer which he had in the back. He let us see it. Had a little shipping damage but looked good. He gave us a great price and tested the washer to be sure it was working good. I went back later to pickup and they had two guys haul them out and load them. Quick and easy, the machines are working great and the service was awesome.

After dealing with a big box store and LG for 18 months after the brand new fridge we had bricked after 4 months, A1 was a refreshing breath of fresh air.

Not only did they get us the fridge of our dreams for a fraction of the sticker price at a big box; but when there was a minor error in installation they were out to make things perfect in no time.

We will be bringing al of our appliance needs to A1 from now on.

Very happy with my purchase as well as the service. While in search of a new to me propane range I took a chance and stopped in. I was pleasantly surprised they had a double oven that would be available the following week, as this is truly what I was looking for but couldn’t fully afford. Well, for the age and quality of the stove they definitely charged a fair price based on what I’ve seen elsewhere. All the staff were extremely pleasant and the puppies on site made it even better. Oven is installed and works like a charm and came cleaned and tested. So far no complaints and I will probably come back when in need of an affordable appliances

Having spent more than several hundred dollars in laundromat machines over the past year, I decided to get a washer and dryer of my own. I shopped around and the prices on the brand new machines were more than I wanted to spend. Then I drove past A1 LA Used Appliances and figured it couldn't hurt to look. I was pleasantly surprised at the selection they had to offer. Even more so, I learned that if you don't get it now, you won't find it tomorrow. There is quite the turnover of appliances here. And the folks are very friendly, willing to work with you and your budget. Not only that, they go above and beyond the rest. My selection was discounted and the appointment was for Saturday between 11 - 12 noon. The installation crew called and asked if they could come over earlier. I said sure and they were there 9 minutes before 10! They brought the machines in, set them up and got them running. You know where I am going when I need anything else...

Called today , need a new dryer delivered in a pinch. These guys were so accommodating, service was outstanding. Prices very reasonable, delivery and take away broken dryer included. Great delivery guys, professional and got the job done!

Excellent place with great machines, 90 day warranty, they not only delivered for a VERY nominal fee because it's on the second floor BUT they will hook up a washer and dryer. Wicked friendly in the store, 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

This past saturday our washer wouldnt drain. We have had our faithful washer fro about 11 months. I called Monday they had the repair men here TUESDAY and it was fixed FREE OF CHARGE with the PROMISE of "We will always take care of you just give us a call." A1 used appliance has kept their word and then some! They work so hard for their customers and are ALWAYS working with the attitude of gratitude. They are thankful, professional, kind and willing to do what it takes to keep there customers happy. Steven and Angie were fun and helpful Jay is the best and most joyful repair man i have ever seen! Elijah is hard working with a great sence of humor and I will never get my appliances anywhere else!

UPDATE: Once again A1 has come through in a big way. We needed a washer and dryer and we were able to buy both and have them delivered all the way in OXFORD! the Owner is such a great guy and Wendy has the best attitude and just the sweetest lady who would help anyone if she could. So thankful for the honor of being able to support this local business.

I had my washer breakdown because the pump fan broke. If I order it the pump wouldn't come for over a month. I couldn't afford new so went in the get a second hand washer. Instead of him selling me a washer he talked me threw how to replace the pump and sold me a used pump with a one year warranty. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

They are such nice people with great service. They delivered our washer the same day and took our old one. He even showed us the back room and helped us find what we’re looking for.

A huge thanks to A1 LA Used Appliances. By suggestion of friends, I looked more into what was actually wrong with our dryer. With the help of YouTube, I took out the heating element assembly. I called ahead to A1, to see if they sold the part, because it was going to be a rather expensive fix if I had gone with new parts. They told me to bring in the whole assembly, and they'd test the components to make sure I didn't spend money I didn't have to. So, I got there, and I'm not kidding, within 3 minutes they had diagnosed the real problem, the thermostat, and handed me a couple pieces to replace. $15 and four screws later, I was reassembling our dryer. And, now it's working like new! I'm very grateful to have had a very good experience with a company that is not only local, but treated me honestly.

Second time customer. Dryer in October 2019 and just recently a beautiful fridge. They delivered it on Frday. It didnt work right. They were at my house on Monday looking at it. If you want to save a lot of money and buy appliances that are top of the line please stop by to see Angela and the team. I think you will be pleasantly surprised!
