I would like to let you know about my shopping experience in your store today. I'm sorry to say I did not find what I needed for my room. I would like to express what a great sales person Trent is. He searched every avenue to find what we were looking for. He is knowledgeable, friendly and very respectful and also professional. My need was very specific. My sofa came in damaged and a rush order was put in to replace it..I was getting extremely frustrated at the length of time it was taking and the customer service part of it. The owner reached out to me. It was awesome that my situation was acknowledged and we rectified the situation. That's all I asked for was to be acknowledged! Thank you

Last week I decided it was time to upgrade our awful amazon couch. When we walked into the store there was a HUGE selection and great price range on the couches. A saleswoman helped when needed but didnt pressure us. We stumbled upon the perfect couch at a great price. It was delivered with no porblems at all. Great product, great service!

Dylan and Armando did an absolutely amazing job fitting a couch into my basement where it had no business fitting. They were patient, persistent, and friendly as they assessed the situation and ultimately got it where it needed to go. I can't say enough about these guys. Please give them a raise!

We went into my local FS in Lisbon and spoke to Sawyer on a snowstorm day Sunday 1/7/24. We went to buy a sectional in stock. Sawyer was awesome in guiding us to the perfect one! We even got itdelivered next day. Delivery guys were great as well. Very happy customer. Looking forward to our next purchase there. Dylan and Armando did a great job deilvering.

Amazing experience from start to finish! We had been searching for a new sectional couch for weeks at different stores with no luck. Our hopes were bleak by Week 4. The Furniture Superstore in Lisbon had so many amazing options to pick from, at some pretty appealing prices! 'Little Joe' was the best salesman around; he gave us plenty of space to shop and made the buying process quick and painless. They were able to deliver the same week, and the two delivery drivers were so friendly and efficient! Loving my new couch and my refreshed living room.

Best place to buy furniture in southern Maine. Mike Martin is excellent at his job. He doesn't pressure you and is very knowledgeable about all finance costs and the options available for each type of furniture. 5 stars.

We purchased a Beautyrest mattress and we love it was delivered the next day . Delivery guys were great !

Christina was very helpful as we were browsing for a dining room set and knew when to step away so we could give it some thought. Tom and Dylan showed up exactly at the beginning of the delivery window and were very quick and professional in setting the table up, showing us how to put the leaf in. Love the set we picked out. Perfect timing for Thanksgiving dinner!

Great experience buying furniture from here! The salespeople were very friendly and helpful. I went in multiple times before purchasing. Our custom order came in much quicker than estimated. The delivery went very smooth. Aric and Matt moved our new sofa and loveseat in quickly and easily. They were both very nice and fun to chat with. They took the time to explain how to put on and remove the backs and how the power recline plugs attach. They adjusted the furniture to my exact placement. I highly recommend them and will purchase from them again.

Very pleasant experience with the salesman, Joe Leighton, who was easily able to answer all questions about furniture choices and financing. Store is well organized and clean without clutter to easily move furniture for viewing as it would look in our home. A+

Mike and Dylan were extremely helpful and professional when delivering our new furniture. They showed up exactly as scheduled and made the whole process fast and easy, and were very cautious of all doorways, stairs, etc. when maneuvering bulky items. They worked as a team and made sure we knew the whole process before they started, and asked questions to make sure everyone was on the exact same page before they started moving anything.

This was a great experience, and getting to talk with these guys was refreshing and very informative - we will definitely be making a purchase with Furniture Superstore again in the future!

Absolutely LOVE my new couch. They were very helpful in the store but Dylan and Mike, our delivery pros, were absolutely wonderful! They paid extensive detail to plan the entry as to not damage anything. They also knew all the mechanics and workings of the sofa (electronic components etc). Very impressed with them :-)
