Had to change pharmacies at first then when I got to CVS I enjoyed the service and the caring from the staff, I am greatful for the help and support and the ability for them to go the extra mile .

I've always enjoyed the regular and pharmacy staff at our Sterling CVS. They've always been friendly and helpful. The manager has a different disposition, but sometimes, you need to speak to him first! Everyone is different so don't be so critical - every store is short-staffed right now, some stock isn't available, and they are doing their best!!

As one other reviewer mentioned, I am also surprised to see so many negative reviews. It is a large store, clean, easy to navigate and the gentleman who helped me at the pharmacy was lovely! I wonder if the other reviewers simply caught the store or staff during a rough time, or perhaps they themselves were having a bad day and were primed to have a not so stellar experience.

I am quite surprised at the amount of negative reviews for CVS. I have had a couple experiences with staff there being not too friendly, as with anywhere you go there will almost always be a bad apple or two, but I really Like this store as my regular pharmacy for the past like 15years now. Or however long they've been there, lol.
They are a bigger store than Walgreens so a better selection of what I might be looking for. Plus use the coupons and rewards store cash, makes for Great discounts on a regular basis!
The customer service for online purchases is great as they do not make you pay to return a product usually ever if there is something wrong with it or just wrong product, and you can Still get the product you wanted, if it was their mistake, for no extra cost!
My auto refills have never been messed up and are ready when they are supposed to be.

I like this store better than Walgreens that I Used to go to, which is Also a Chain store smh... lol.

I called with a question and Connie was actually very helpful when I asked about certain product availability. Must be the Pharmacy workers everyone's complaining about? That, I would probably have to agree with.

Store is clean and bright, hours are good for a later night sickness. Easy access with a large parking lot. Only draw back are the prices. Generic over the counter is as high as most places name brands.

Store not very clean. Over the last several years the customer service has also gotten worse. Used to use CVS exclusively, but not any more.

I've been using CVS for over 10 years, in 3 states, and 4 different cities. I have never had consistent problems at any location until now. Do not entrust your health to this pharmacy!

I switched to CVS to save a few bucks.....that was a huge mistake. The workers are rude, slow, and very unorganized. They were always out of my medication and nobody was proactive enough to think maybe they should order more and stock it. That would allow them to keep a customer, but, they don't care about that. I'll stick with Sterling Walgreens!! The staff is amazing there and they actually care and not treat customers like they are bothering them!! No wonder brick and mortar stores are going out of business. If you don't make an effort to stand out, why would anyone continue to do business there. The Sterling CVS will be the next store to "disappear" from our area!!

There is one pharmacy technician who has been completely rude every time I pick up a rx. I have never run into such a rude unhappy upset employee. Nobody corrects her in the pharmacy and she is allowed to treat customers in this manner. I turned her in 5 months ago to the store manager but I see she is still rude to customers (especially male customers)

Pharmacy customers BEWARE!!!
Staff "autofilled" the wrong prescription, and they won't correct their error. I wound up paying for both the WRONG PRESCRIPTION and the right one...AND I HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF DISPOSING OF THE WRONG MEDS.

And according to the staff members i spoke to...it was MY FAULT for not notifying them that I was no longer taking a medication or asking what they refilled and double checking their work.

The bottom line is this WASN'T MY MISTAKE, WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR IT? I consider this the worst kind of customer service.

If you're interested in the details...

I have 2 prescriptions that are set for autofill on a monthly basis, so I wasn't surprised when I got the notice that 2 prescriptions were ready for pickup. The clerk, confirmed that I was picking up 2 prescriptions, but didn't name them,and placed the paper rx bags in a larger plastic bag. The amount due wasn't out of line with my normal charge, so there wasn't any indication that they had filled the wrong prescription...until I got home and went to put away my meds.

My Dr had given me a new prescription 6 weeks earlier that I only filled once and did not set up for autofill. I had adverse side effects with that med and had no intention of refilling EVER. They refilled that prescription, instead of one of my normal auto refills.

This experience has me fuming and ready to change pharmacies.

The people working in the pharmacy are ALWAYS rude to you! Definitely do not recommend. They yell at you for having questions. LMAO. Go somewhere else!! Every time it's the same thing. Finally switched to a different pharmacy.

Slow register employees. They are mostly rude. Why does it take so long to checkout each person. Manager acted like he didn’t want to be there and was very unprofessional.
