I have been very impressed with BCDI. I was referred there by my primary doctor two years ago and I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Roberts took the time needed to explain things to me and gave me a treatment plan that got me back on track with my health again, after several doctors had not been able to. Everyone on staff are kind and courteous. Dr. Roberts is the best!

Absolutely love on how they respond to our questions so quickly and do a follow up call to make sure everything is going good. Love Dr. Roberts!! He talks to you like you are a human and treats you with respect. Thanks, BCDI!

Dr. Tarantino is THE best hemotologist in the country if not further. I am a Jehovah's Witness which means I do not take blood transfusions or blood products. In 2009 I started hemoraging from my bowel and we couldn't get it stopped. The other hemotologist that worked at OSF in Peoria gave up and was going to let me die. That's when I met Dr. Tarentino. He came up with a plan and if it worked it would stop the bleeding, if not I was going to die. He worked very hard and was very hands on and comforting. He visited me first thing in the morning and last thing at night. I suggest him to anyone with blood disorders because he does not give up. He saved my life when others thought it was unsaveable. He still keeps in contact with me and has me come in before I have any procedure and keeps track of me. He is a incredible doctor.
