Jake and his staff have been super helpful and efficient.
We just bought our house and we went with these guys for our home insurance, and ended up also putting all three vehicles with them as well.
On top of all that a deer hit our car and all we had to do is make one call to make our claim ...very reassuring and knowledgeable team..
So glad we made the switch.
Refreshing to talk to a live person when you call....

We could not have asked for a better all around experience. Each and every person at the office was exceptional. They were quick getting the quotes to me. Did exactly everything that we asked and more. Gave me different options to best suit what we were looking for. We saved a lot of money switching and they made it very easy. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. My wife and I could not be happier, it just makes us wonder why we did not switch early because we have been paying too much for too long. Going through the process of switching to Jake Gerdes couldn’t have been any easier or helpful. As much as it was easy, I really appreciated Jake reviewing our current policies to ensure what we had in place, was still beneficial for my family as I have not had anything reviewed in years. Gabriel was professional, polite and answered my questions fully. She was able to offer me a great quote for my auto, I will be contacting this office to obtain additional insurance quotes. I was given explanation on all discounts that I qualified for which was applied to my quote . She also pointed out additional ways I could get more discounts and she invited me to contact her when I am ready to discuss. Great customer service!!

I have known Jake since he was a young kid on the basketball court and baseball field. I had the pleasure of teaching Jake when he was Middle School, and coaching him in both Basketball and Baseball when he was in High School. Jake’s work ethic and passion are second to none. When I found out Jake was opening his own State Farm Agency, I was excited for him! I chatted with him about his office, and confirmed that my family already has State Farm Insurance. Jake, being the honest person that he is, told me that our Agent was great and I needed to stay with him. That speaks more to me than any sale he could have made. If/when the time comes for us to need a new agent, Jake Gerdes will be my first phone call.
