Our family has been with Roy Dern State Farm for 17 years. Whenever I have questions, need new coverage, or need to make policy changes, they get it done. Leah is the best insurance consultant!! She has been helpful each and every time I contact State Farm. Prices no one can beat, fast response time and professional service.

I recently purchased a new car. There was an error made on my insurance card. I contacted Leah Shabani. She helped correct the error immediately. I would never go anywhere else for insurance. Leah is awesome! She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She takes the time to answer all of my difficult questions. You will not find her level of patience anywhere else. I currently insure 10 vehicles through State Farm and Leah goes through each one with a fine tooth comb helping me find discounts. I had an unfortunate incident a couple weeks ago and had my parked car hit my a drunk driver. I had to deal with the person's insurance company and knew they were trying to take advantage of me for not being familiar with the process but didn't know how to fix it. Even though it was not a part of my coverage, Sara had many conversations with me, made sure I was okay, and directed me through the whole process. I am so grateful to her for the help she gave me. It just reinforces why I am of customer of Roy Dern State Farm. Thank you so much again Sara!!!

I like having this particular branch as my home and auto insurance provider because I can call anytime during business hours and get someone to answer my questions or provide assistance immediately. Also, when I was getting home insurance, their prices were easily the best and saved me almost $100 a month compared to the four or five other places I called.

Need bigger parking lot.

I and my father very have similar names, and live on barely similar street names, however, in different cities and different counties. This agent's office took it upon themselves to assume we are the same person as we both have policies with this agent. After over 18 months of them adding/removing/editing addresses and phone numbers to policies randomly, and sending our policy information to the wrong addresses, and even calling the wrong person regarding claim information, enough was enough. After filing formal privacy complaints, lack of action complaints, and switching agents I am reluctantly sticking with Statefarm as the customer support was just as displeased as I am with the handling of our policies. By luck, we are related and on good term, as by this office's logic anyone with my name (or very similar) could have ended up with my personal information and policy information. Have switched to Mike Sprague as my new agent, and it's a safe bet it can't be WORSE service.
