Dr. Carpenter is a very caring doctor. She follows up and is genuinely concerned about your well-being. She responds to questions via phone/email very quickly. Keeps appointments running on time (all the time)! She has worked extremely hard to help me improve my health.
I highly, highly recommend her!

I have had a great experience with Dr. Carpenter! She is always available for a phone call, text or appointments at my convenience! She draws labs and they are very reasonable; I don't file with my insurance as it would be more expensive. If you are wanting a personable experience with a Physician and would like to be more Holistic rather then traditional I would highly recommend her! She makes you feel very comfortable and is never in a hurry like most Physicians!

I switched to Dr. Carpenter after my primary physician retired. Not having insurance, I decided to try the concierge service Dr. Carpenter provides. I have been very impressed and would recommend Dr. Carpenter to anyone who asks. She is very thorough. She dedicates about an hour to each patient visit, and she makes reviewing all results very clear and easy to understand. In addition, as someone who travels a great deal, to have access to her via email, text or video is an awesome benefit. I will never switch back to the traditional family physician model!

We have had a great experience with Dr. Carpenter and her approach to health care. She takes time to really listen and shows how much she cares about her patients. Figuring out the best treatment/option is her top priority. She spends the time to explain everything and makes sure there are no questions left unanswered. So happy we found her!

Dr. Carpenter is a great doctor who takes the time to listen to your concerns and asks questions about your whole life not just the issue that day. She includes you in your health care decisions. In addition to in office visits, she is also available by phone, text and email for quick answers to health questions. I have seen her on the phone with patients in the grocery store and she even called me back when she was at a family birthday. Dr. Carpenter is a very caring and kind person. Our daughter has been working with Dr Carpenter for over a year and we could not be happier with the care she provides. She is wonderful about researching supplements, diet changes and anything else that can help our daughter with her allergy and skin issues. Amy Carpenter's has helped me through one of the most difficult times in my life with quality time and service. Often more than once a month. The atmosphere at her office is peaceful, relaxing and low stress. Savings on lab work and prescriptions is a real money saver. She listens well and really does want to hear how you feel about plan A,B or C. Amy will develop the best plan for your care which might include seeing a specialist (if needed) . No matter which options you chose she will support you in your decisions. You really do have a voice and a vote in your health care.

Dr. Carpenter is a wonderful, caring individual who takes the time to listen to her patients. She is never in a hurry and doesn't leave one feeling rushed. Dr. Carpenter is Fabulous. She is always responsive. You can call her or text her and you will hear from her in a short amount of time. She is very personable and really gets to know you. She will spend all the time you need and never rushes you. My kids play sports and if we would have a sports injury during a game which is typically at night, I could call her and she would answer or even meet me if necessary to start care right away. If you are looking for a Physician that really cares and takes time with you then I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Carpenter is very professional, kind and honest. She takes her time with us and is available whenever we need her. She is not only a very good doctor she helps explain the in's and out's of the healthcare system to empower her patients to make the best decisions for their health and financially.

I have had a great experience with Dr. Carpenter. I love the holistic approach she provides. She is kind, approachable, and not at all judgmental. The option to pay monthly and see her as I need has provided me with so much more of an opportunity to "consult my doctor" without worrying about the mystery of the usual out of pocket cost. Dr. Carpenter is someone who actually cares about her patients and shows not look at you as a dollar sign. She will get you in quick if you are needing to be seen and sometimes you can just give her your symptoms in a text or email and she will be able to diagnose you without being seen. There is no rush and she actually listens to your problem instead of trying to just give you prescriptions. I highly recommend Dr. Carpenter for a family doctor.

I have developed a deep appreciation and respect for Dr. Carpenter. Her abilities and compassion shine brightly as a physician. She is on point when treating common and chronic illnesses. She was my advocate when diagnosed with diabetes and cancer. She continues to help me fight the fight. She remains positive and motivates me to live my best life. She administers and analyzes blood tests. Then she directs patients to the best treatments for anything that needs attention. She takes the time to piece together the symptoms and form a concise, clear diagnosis and treatment plan. I love that time spent in her office is with her and not in the waiting room. Patients and their best possible health matter to Dr. Carpenter.

I was without insurance and searching for a doctor. I was having a health issue and needed to have blood work. I found Amy, at Carpenter Family Care, I email her and filled out info online. Amy called me the next day, she talked with me for over half an hour about my issues. I scheduled an appointment with her and she listen and discussed my health issues with me. Blood work, that would have costed me well into the hundreds of dollars, she preformed for less than $20.
Amy makes herself available for her clients, she talks with you personally, she listens to your concerns , and helps you determine the best options in health care. She has helped me tremendously. Another occasion Amy met with my son on a Saturday, when is is normally closed, to help him as he was having very strong anxiety and depression issues. Amy is so much more than a doctor she is a lady with a lot of heart for people, especially her clients and their families.

Amy Carpenter's practice steps back in time when doctors knew their patients and felt connected to them as people. She is caring and responsive to the needs of the whole person, and partners with her patients in providing quality care. Highly recommend.
