Familia Dental

I have a total fear of dentist for all good purposes. The doc and the staff was amazing today. After 20 years I have found a dentist that is able to help achieve the smile I deserve. I'm excited to go back in 4 weeks to get the rest of work done.

The appointment was prompt all of the staff was kind and they were mindful that I have severe epilepsy and made everything as comfortable for me. Dr Narra was very kind and my technician was wonderful. Patricia at the front desk my all time favorite.

I just had my first visit with Doctor Narra today and actually he was one of the best dentists I have ever been to. He was very kind, reassuring even, checked in with me while he was working on me and took the time to confidently answered my one million questions. Kudos on that Dr. Narra! I feel very confident in his knowledge and skills and it’s a lovely bonus that he seems to be very nice person. Highly recommend!

I had a rooth emergency and all dentists kept saying no..I call Familia and they got me right in that afternoon.
I have private insurance and the girls up front helped me find my numbers and went above and beyond. The manager up front is one of the best. Moving to the back the staff is so friendly. The dental hygienist were experienced and ready to help and make you feel comfortable. The dentist is awesome. He makes everyone laugh, and treats them like family, takes his time communicating with the patient, and coming up with a dental plan. I even brought my granddaughter for her first appt here! Best staff ever. Don't sleep on Familia Dental!

Had Dr. Narra today and he was great. Everyone was super nice and really helped my anxiety. Definitely much better than other places I've been to. And my teeth look perfect!

Familia Dental's staff was excellent! Yesterday was my son's first time at the dentist, and the staff allowed family members to help support my son with his first dental experience. I am very grateful the entire staff worked with us to make my 4 year old son feel comfortable for his first time at the dentist because he was a little scared. Also, the staff did a great job when taking care of me and my dental needs. I am very impressed with them, and I will definitely continue to go to Familia Dental for any dental needs that my son or I experience.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this doctor. The xrays were not bad either even though I gagged once. I am pleased he pulled two teeth and shocked to heat about the condition of one's I thought were fine. I am looking forward to my holes healing so I can resume brushing my teeth. If I had more money today I would have liked to have all uppers and maybe the two bottom pulled but I spent more than I can afford as it was. I like this doctor. Looking forward to my next visit (and I've never felt that way about the dentist before).

They was amazing and super fast I made an appointment Friday they got me in the next day on Saturday an did my X-rays and then did 7 filling all in one day very nice people

Super friendly staff! Short wait time in lobby, x-rays right away, saw dentist within 10 minutes of those being done. He explained his findings very well and treatment options. Over all a good dental experience.

The entire staff members were all cool. Each one of them were very kind to me. The the dentist told me everything about my mouth and what I can do. Also did a pretty good job cleaning my teeth. Congratulations to you all, I only wish that I would have started going to you guys a couple years ago. Thank you and God bless you all, in the precious name of Jesus.

Fast , got me in quickly and was very gentle
I had several things needing fixed and they targeted the problem quickly fixed the issue and I came home with a new smile 😁

I am very impressed with the Dentist & the assistant she was amazing ( Aleah) I hope that's how you spell her name very professional 😀 she was amazing timely and I was treated very well...the Dentist I had I'm sorry I can't remember his name but he was great too! My teeth was in need of a good cleaning and I had several teeth needing fillings..he was Amazing!! Made sure I wasn't in pain...I Thanked God & them!!I have a root canal scheduled in April...I hope I get the same assistant she was AMAZING!! THANKS AGAIN!! PAIN REDUCED MATTERS!!...V. WISE

The staff were professional and kind and warm. The dental staff answered all my questions and took the time to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. They were patient when I needed to take a pause and my mouth feels a lot better. I didnt even realize that I was blocking the pain of my tooth until after he pulled it and the pain was gone! Thank you Familia Dental for being such a great place and caring so much for your patients

I went to this place not expecting much but I was surprised that the staff and dentists were exceptionally polite and caring. I would recommend this facility to anyone, I am a happy patient/ very satisfied. ☺😄

I was very nervous coming in, but from the lady at the front desk all the way to Javi, and Dr Tran I had a painless quick procedure. I was walked through and explained the procedure. They made sure I was ok through the entire service and I was. I look forward to my May appointment! Thank you Familia Staff!

I was checked in on time and taking care of immediately. My tech name was Taylor and she was exceptional, very professional and knowledgeable of her job. She made me feel welcome and comfortable about choosing Familia Dental.

I am.scared to death of dentist. But they made me feel comfortable they were good there and I felt safe.

Decatur cancelled my appointment and was booked out til the end of June they stated. The scheduler I spoke to gave me the Springfield location and assured me that bookings was available for Decatur despite their dishonest, I opted for Springfield, and so glad I did. They were "Very" professional and friendly staff. Was worth the drive. Will definitely use their services again!!
