McDonald's

I eat breakfast there almost every morning and I always get my food the way I order it. I know a lot of the staff and everyone is friendly. I look forward to seeing the staff and getting my munch on. 😋

Fast and friendly customer service. The order was correct, and the kids were happy.

Food was hot and fresh... Delivered to our table without a long wait...

The young woman in the second window Thursday morning at 8:20 is very nice. She has given me great attitudes everytime I come. Got my client a coffee this morning glad to see who was at the window. Gave me plenty of creamer and sugar. Thanks for the positive attitude ❤

This location has had its ups and downs but lately (Dec 2023) its gotten much better. Speed at the drive through is quick and food was fresh and correct. Staff was friendly and kind.

The $5.00 meal is definitely a good idea!

It seems like when ever go there machines for frapais and shakes and smoothies they cant make so I went to Starbucks next door and will continue to do so and I erge everyone to do the same

I was on a bus trip and there were 50 people on board. This McDonalds was super efficient in their service and food quality. Highly recommend them.

This is a decent McDonald's. We have hot fries nearly every trip, and the order is correct a large majority of the time.

Had what was definitely the best Quarter Pounder with cheese I've ever had at this location. The burger was cooked just shy medium and did not sit under a heat lamp for very long. Both me and my wife commented on how good the burger was, it caught us off guard because our expectations for McDonald's are honestly pretty low.

If you want to experience old school, country store and a gas station, that's your place. Their distributors don't have credit cards readers and the people visiting are very local and nice. Older but clean bathrooms. Very nostalgic place with only diesel and 87 on the distributors. I loved it, felt like I was transported back to the good old days of uncomplicated simplicity.

Very friendly staff! Food was nice and hot when it got to us! The cashier who took moms and my order you could tell he LOVED his job as he said everything back to her and I after each item repeating it back in a singsong voice. It is people like that man who every job that has customer service NEEDS! People who love their job and show it!

Ok, those dang spicy 🔥 nuggets got me with that mighty hot sauce. I just pray that they will keep these in the menu...and hurry up and make some more might hot sauce for these restaurants...that's my new go to dipping sauce.

They have come a long way in service as well, now come on it's still McDonald's...it's not always going to be 5* but today I had some of the best service I have ever received from a McDonald's. Keep up the great work!

When traveling to Springfield to visit the historical sites, our family always stops at this McDonald's when needing a break. It's on the edge of town off of Interstate 55 and US 36/Interstate 72 The restaurant is usually clean and well taken care of, inside and out. Staff has been friendly and service is quick when looking for a quick bite. Location is convenient except it can be a little tricky getting into their parking lot when coming from the east but if you watch turn lanes and signs it's easy.

We ate in and were happy with the cleanliness of the restaurant, and the food was hot and fresh , so for this McDonald's I give them 5 stars

I had a crispy chicken sandwich wasn't very hot I got my dog a plain McDouble he loves those so overall I would continue to go there if for no other reason than my dog
