Never had a problem working with anyone inside or drive through.

Limited hours right now but super friendly and helpful employees. Was in for safety deposit box access and to cash a check....in and out with a smile and a thank you!

Jade was helpful, knowledgeable, and super sweet and kind. She was attentive to detail and answered all of my questions quickly.

This is the worse bank I’ve ever been to . I can see why they closed the Rock Falls branch. The staff at the drive thru were slow as snails and not very friendly. So the also closed the drive thru building, lol. Now you have to pull up and send your canister to the main bank.

Bank lobby is only open 10 am to 2pm. Monday to Friday. No saturday service for working people who are off. So inconvenient to working people. One teller in the lobby when you do get there. Waited 15 mina to get someone to walk me downstairs to get to my safe deposit box. Drive thru is inconvenient also 9am to 4pm Not enough staff to keep things going. Use to be great customer service and fast and friendly.

They tell you your moneys on hold and you cannot access it no matter what, but they sure as hell take all they can before you can even touch your money. Bunch of crooks wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone who wants there own money. Not to mention the two phone calls I got hung up on and the sterling manager said she was gonna help me and chose to ignore me all day long. I would highly recommend using your beds because this bank will screw your out of all of your money and then give you the run around

ATM is BROKEN at US Bank in Sterling!
It just ate my card.
And they literally just told me that they cannot and will not place a sign on the machine that says broken because they don’t service it.
So they wont prevent this from happening to other customers.
Talk about terrible customer service.
Just trying to save someone else from this insane service.
OUR BANKING SYSTEMS ARE MESSED UP. Happen on March 14, 2022.

Not a fan of the steep monthly maintenance fees on my checking account or the $36 per diem over draft fees. Kick me while I'm down, why don't ya.

They closed the branch in Rock Falls now the one in Sterling only has one side of the drive thru open. What should take 5 minutes takes over 20.

Rude!!!!!! If you have a new policy, nicely explain it!! No need to be rude when you are questioned about the new policy!! It’s sad all the good workers left this branch!!

Pat is a terrible manager, treats her employees badly. Very rude and unpleasant, to deal with.
