Stopped into the St. John MI store to check on a phone concern and possibly an update to my phone. Was told by the Manager and a counter girl that they didn't carry any Android phones in the store, only IPhones. They gave me a website to check out for an Android replacement phone. Told me to bring the phone in WHEN I got it, and they would set it up if I couldn't. WTH? So what a relief to go to another location and not getting blown off because I didn't want an IPhone. Joe and Jade were great to work with and got me into a new Android phone I felt comfortable with. I didn't even have to go online to a website to find a new phone! They had them right it stock! Purchased a new Galaxy S23 FE and so far very happy with it. Thank you T Mobile St. Johns for making a bad situation a win!

These guys helped me out a lot when I was having a billing issue and it seemed like I was over paying. Same guys have been working here for years and they’ve always known how to handle my issues. Definitely recommend

I’ve been to this location several times in the past few years and always received great service, but my recent experience on 7/27/19 rivals that of any customer service I’ve received from any company in any industry. Dustin went far beyond what would be expected of him to help set up three new phones for our family. He was thorough, engaging, and helped me find the best possible deals. I walked away spending significantly less than I expected both that day and on my monthly bill. He even kept my slightly moody teenagers appeased and entertained with his wit.

Had an incredibly positive experience just today. Dustin was very helpful in upgrading my wife’s phone, teaching us about possible discounts to our plan, and telling us about current deals and specials Sprint offered. All the while, he helped entertain our energetic one year old. This will definitely be our Sprint Store of choice moving forward

I really enjoy doing business at this store. Today I had a couple of issues with my new phone and Dustin was able to correct the problems very quickly. The staff attitudes here are the best! We will continue to do business with these helpful and friendly associates! Thanks guys!

I stumbled across sprint in st John's while running other errands. I have been looking into changing service for a little while so I went in to browse and price check. When I walked in i was greeted with amazing customer service. The prices where really reasonable and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff was whast really sold me. I would highly recommend this store.

The store manager in the St. John's store was the single most helpful sales professional I have ever dealt with. He was also very polite, and explained everything in easy to understand terms.

I had a great experience with Savannah and Dustin yesterday. I went in to upgrade my phone and they made it so easy and answered all my questions. I’ve been a customer for more than 10 years and I’m never disappointed with the customer service I receive.

We was very pleased with our service that Savannah gave us. We are from Owosso and mske the trip to St. Johns because of there awesome customer service. The Owosso store is HORRIBLE very dishonest and rude and customer service is below a zero. Thank you St. Johns Sprint store for restoring are trust again in sprint.

Good people working here. They don’t shove unnecessary things down your throat. If there’s an issue they’ll do everything they can to find a solution.
