Babe's Bar & Grill

We rode motorcycles up to Michigan from NW Indiana for the day and decided to stop here for a bite to eat. We were pleasantly surprised how spotless the restaurant was. We met the owner's wife and the cook and they took excellent care of us. The owner's wife made me a delicious rum runner from scratch. Had the best shrimp po boy and pulled pork sandwiches. Very friendly atmosphere, we will definitely come back again!

Babes bar and grill is a great staple in the heàrt of St Joe's..I would highly recommend visiting the establishment to any and all.

Local favorite place. 2nd generation owner running the restaurant after his dad ❤ Any burger is delicious, side salad perfect, drinks are on point, mozzarella sticks are thick, service is the best, menu is a bargain and sunsets over the St. Joe river are spectacular- even on a cloudy day. Out door dining, kid friendly.

Love this place! Lots of history, the owners make you feel right at home and welcome. Fun diverse crowd and everyone was having fun! Highly recommend!

I stopped in during a snow storm because they were the only people open in the area. The owners were very friendly folks (we were watching Yellowstone and talking about football the whole time we were there as if we've known each other a while) and we got some damn good burgers for a very reasonable price. Certainly hope I make it back over there before I leave town.

Babes is an old school bar. It’s been serving the area since the 70’s. They have bands and karaoke. There food is pub food at its best. Joe Mamma serves up amazing wings and I hear he does an unbelievable pork chop, though I haven’t tried it yet. I go on Monday’s for wings. Show up early if you don’t want to wait.

Food was incredible! Homemade chicken noodle soup made by the owner, Angela, thick New York strip plus 2 sides $24 juicy and cooked to perfection. Large enough for 3 or more meals. I was truly impressed and will return often

Babe's bar and grill is an ideal place to go for drinks and a meal either by yourself, with your significant other or a group.
In my case, a group of about 25 people from our class that attended a reunions on Friday night chose Babe's Bar and Grill (after I suggested it) for an informal gathering a former classmates.
Everyone was impressed with the service and food quality. Waitresses were attentive and made sure that everyone had drinks when they wanted them and took everyone's food orders promptly. We were all amazed at the speed at which the food orders were processed. It's a testament to the owners of Babe's Bar and Grill that their staff is polite, knowledgeable and attentive to customer service!
Those of us that live in the area will continue to use and recommend Babe's Bar and Grill as a go-to place for food and drinks...

If you are looking for a hometown bar, where the staff want to get to know you, will remember you and will treat you like family this is your place. Joe, the owner, is an amazing cook and the food is amazing. Lisa, one of the waitresses, is like a sister or aunt and is wonderful. Cost is low and is worth all of the wonderful stories you will get when you get Joe talking. As for a topper and the 1lb pork chop and you'll have yourself a great time.

Best local bar in the county. Great food and staff. Nice outdoor area. 2 pool tables and dart boards. Great entertainment on occasion.

This place is so fun! Every time I come to town it never disappoints! The bartender always has us laughing and having a great time! I would chose this bar over any when I'm there!!!
