Taco Bell

My family went to get food after we order I went to the bathroom I slip and fell pretty hard the floor was wet so I told the supervisor that handed me the food that she should put a wet floor sign in the bathroom. She blew me off completely ignore I didn't want anything just a wet floor sign but I was dismissed and ignore no bathroom sign by the time we
left. You guys have no communication skills or empathy for your customers. The food was ok though

Food is good, but my order was delayed

Today must’ve been my lucky day because I received 5 start service from these people the lady at the drive through was so kind and sweet I wish I could have someone like that at my every drive through I been all around illinois and this has to be the best service I’ve received from a Taco Bell

I recently went to Sterling, Il. Taco Bell and they have a lot of new stuff. I love it. I especially love their Nacho Fries.

Good food good atmosphere and good people

The drive thru service is always pleasant. The staff is always full of manners and they make sure you have everything you need. Thank you for the great and kind service as it is hard to find these days.

Food was great but I wish they would show on the menu that the enchirito is back (sorry I don't think I spelled that right). I had already ordered and paid before the cashier told me they have it. I had the taco and burrito supreme....so good

I haven't been here since August 8, 2018. It's been remodeled inside, and outside. It also has a pay station right when you walk in the front door. The food was too good, to the point I had to order me some more. I would tell anyone that haven't been to Taco Bell in a long long time. That they should go and try some of there new food items on the menu. Also, some day I would visit Taco Bell again.

Went here before heading home with a doula client and had quick service and my order was perfect. No issues with it and there were 5 people in front of me. Employees were really nice as well.

Fast polite drive-thru

Food was ok. I stood at the register for almost 5 minutes with no service. So I used the order system. Was convenient. But. The personal service could have been better

Clerk goofed on my order because only 1 person tking orders & got hit with noon rush. Apologized & made correction. No big deal-was nice about it all & I got an extra meal!

This was actually a good Taco Bell. Food had decent portion of meat and was hot. Store was nice and clean. Employees were friendly.

Just needed a small quick lunch and this was a great choice. Fast service, decent prices.

Everyone is so friendly

I got some chicken chalupas tonight with some cinabun delights and it was very tasty and fresh! I appreciated the manager that was on shift at the drive through, he was very professional and kind! Thank you Taco Bell!!

The best Taco Bell I've ever had thus far

I WANT TO PRASIE THE COOKS THAT TOOK CARE OF ME AND MY HISBAND TO BE TODAY LUNCH WAS AMAZING KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK ! My husband to be even said wonderful to his meal as well we are highly satisfied! Thanks again
