i didn't catch her name, but there was a very friendly cashier who made light conversation and seemed like an overall pleasant person. Made my day! Good selection of snacks for a smaller booth.

Hudson news is always good and friendly

Good selection of snacks and other items at this location, but the soda was warm. Most people that want to buy a soda in this situation want it cold. Facility was clean, employees were acceptable.

Just myself and the clerk in the store. You have 4 credit check out lanes that only people with a card can use. The cashier can only check out cash customers. Your bar codes will not work and she cannot/ will not help. Your service is terrible.

store is fine. but the worker was incredibly rude! i was using self checkout and simply forgot to push the pay with debit card. instead of simply helping me the worker said, “need to go back to school do we?”. incredibly unprofessional and rude! what happened to widwestern “hospitality”

Very embarrassing and frustrating experience. Puchased 2 cold turkey sandwiches with 2 lemonades which came up to $30 and I intended to pay them partially with the mean vouchers that I got from my airline and partially with my debit card. This little asian lady was the cashier. She told me that the vouchers wont scan and that I would have to them manually. She gave me the most attitude when she mentioned this. So as I attempted to enter the number and the screen timed out. She restarted the process and came around the counter to enter it herself. Telling me with and attitude to move out of the. There was a long line of customers that starred at her in shock. She did it one more time for the second voucher as she stated “get out of the way. At this point I was very angry. after I paid the balance with my debit card, she printed a copy of the receipt and stated that it was her copy. I asked her for a copy so that I may have it for my records. She told me no! Where is this lady’s manager? Why is she treating customers with such disrespect? Is this something sone throughout the whole company?

One star because no stars is not an option. Staffed by the rudest person I have possibly ever met in retail, in both body language and tone. They need to go back to manners school before graduating to customer service as a trainee.
If I was stuck in this terminal again before a flight then I would rather die of thirst than give a cent to Hudsons. If someone senior is reading....you need to do much better. Its a -5 from me.

Do not buy a sim card from this place. I had a terrible experience of being ripped off while purchasing a Sim Traveler simcard when I arrived in the USA. They sell a prepaid phone card, but only in very small print do they explain that it is .25$ per MB and therefore completely useless with any modern smartphone. I thought I didn’t have to worry about examining such fine print because it was being sold at Hudson News, but clearly I was wrong and I should have been alert to being ripped off by a common airport sim card scam for arriving travelers.

Could understand why you would want to scan a card before you enter the store.

I grabbed and purchased what was a unopened bottle of water for almost $4. After boarding my flight found out it was opened and partly drunk. Really disgusting!!!

The cashier was beyond rude.

The staff working there is very polite to man in front of me but she did not speak a single word to me when I said hello and thank you to her.
