Jennifer was absolutely AMAZING! She picked out everything perfectly for my daughter! She was so sweet and funny! Can’t wait to bring back my other daughter back for her freshman fit!

I went into the store for new school uniforms and the associate, Jennifer, was very helpful in pulling sizes and keeping track of my order. She was very knowledgeable and easy going and made the process efficient and much faster than I was anticipating. Although they were out of stock on some of the items, Jennifer was very helpful and found items not on display and had them customized in minutes and also helped facilitate an online order. It was a very positive customer service experience.

Staff was very helpful! I called about shorts for my daughter and while it sounded like they had a few in stock, staff let me know that they could hold them for me if I called the day before we were coming in to try them on. I appreciated the tip!

Great experience. Gwen at the Lombard location was so helpful. She helped us through our 1st shopping trip to get my children's school uniforms. She pulled sizes and was able to easily order anything they did not have in stock.

The young lady named Gwen was very helpful the last two times I’ve visited the store! She helped me find the right sizes for my son and although they didn’t have any sweaters in stock, she was kind enough to place an online order for me!

Lovely experience every time. I cannot recall the ladies name but she is incredibly helpful and kind- dark hair with 3 kids. Given this past year and all the recent challenges with shipment she was always professional and helpful. I am just getting started with my kid in K at St Petronille and I did not know where to start. For this reason, I gave them 5 stars for her helpfulness and dedication to be of service. So glad they are here and close by.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered online to get my child's uniforms with Dennis Uniform and it was very easy to do. The first time I ordered they had everything at the Lombard location so I was able to pick everything up via curbside pick-up. It was very convenient and the lady that brought out my order was very friendly. In the past, before COVID, I loved bringing my child into the store to shop. They always had what I was looking for, in my child's size and the staff is incredibly helpful. There aren't too many places to get uniforms, but that doesn't bother me because Dennis Uniform always has exactly what I need. I would recommend Dennis Uniform, the actual store and online ordering, to anyone.

Ordered girls skirts for school online, but sizing was too big. Took back to the store in Lombard, IL. They made the return flawless. We were able to try on the appropriate size. Our plaid wasn't in stock, but they were able to have it shipped to us with no extra cost to us.

Store was very busy and required masks. Staff was helpful, patient, and kind. They greeted each customer, offered help whenever needed and made the process of buying a year's worth of uniforms nearly painless.

Nice quality uniforms that do not look worn out after multiple washes! At first I felt the cost was pricey but after speaking to parents who use other uniform companies... Dennis is much more reasonable! I order online and pickup at their Lombard store within days!

This was my first time shopping for a school uniform with my 12 year old daughter. We came straight to Dennis Uniform after completing enrollment at St. Jospeh Downers Grove on Monday, July 15th. Not only was the store closed, they were having a Marion Student Only Day and we basically “crashed the party”. The staff and customers were accommodating and understanding and helpful even though I offered to come back on a day where they were open to the public because it was my fault for not double checking the schedule. Thank you for your assistance and making my daughter feel comfortable getting her first school uniform even though I heard on the way home that was “an epic mom fail” on my part. ❤

Chris was excellent and helped us out greatly, we were in and out in 5 minutes in a packed house on Saturday.
