Well established vet clinic with a caring staff. Reasonable prices too. The veterinarian explained everything, was patient but most importantly she handled my dog very gently showing him compassion. Couldn't be happier with my choice of Mr Carroll Veterinarian. Thank you!

Very nice to my fur baby. I have never gone to a vet that treats animals like a person. Coco didn't even want to leave. They got on the floor and played with him. He got lots of treats and hugs. Best place ever.

I have been using this vet for over 30 years. The staff is so friendly and my dogs live going to visit them. I recommend their services to all of my friends and would not take my animals anywhere else!

been going here for many years. cannot say enough good things about the whole staff.. they walked me through my cat with diabetes..and my other with kidney disease. they helped me to add more years to their lives. Dr. Charles has been very patient in walking me through behavioral issues, recommendations ,medications and special food when needed. thanks

Took my boy JJ here for the first time for an ear infection. Doctor was great and very quickly figured out he had a yeast infection in his ears and gave me easy to administer ear drops.

We love this clinic. It beats other clinics we have been to, and they answer all your questions. The doctors have solved all problems and suggested a couple things that have improved the life of our cat. We had her there for kennel care when out of town, and they did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great customer and cat care! Our cat urinated on herself in her cage. The staff took her and cage and cleaned them both! No wheelchair access but call staff and they will come and get your pet and you don't need to leave your car. I'm not handicapped but thought this was a nice gesture. Thank you!

I had my male cat fixed. He was calm and well taken care of when I picked him up. Staff is friendly, helpful and made sure I knew what to do with his continued care.

Love it here. Staff is great and flexible with scheduling. Honestly I priced it out and getting an exam and shots here is cheaper than the mobile clinics that go to box stores. Have boarded small animals and a dog here with success.

Mt Carroll Vet clinic has been the best vet we have taken our animals to. Dr. Schroeder worked with our very sick 18 year old cat, and got us on the right track to get him healthy, and worked with us on keeping the cost down, which saved his (the cat's) life! We just moved to the area and I can't believe the kind of half baked vet service we used to get closer to Chicago, Dr Schroeder is truly a compassionate and reasonable doctor.
