The place was busy on arrival. Even with it being busy, the server was quick to get us the menu and drink order. Came back and took our food order, outstanding service. Both burgers we ordered cooked right and tasted good. Also ordered, Boneless wings, those were bigger than most places. Ordered mild and peach fire for sauces. Both were really flavorful. We enjoyed the evening, service, and food.

Three of us stopped in for a late lunch. We got EXCELLENT service from the bartender. I got the toasted ravioli, my comrades had a burger and the pulled pork sammich. All very good. Tip? Ask for a tiny bit extra BBQ sauce with pulled pork and extra marinara for the ravioli.

Great place. Great location. Great service. Great food. Great prices. It's hard to beat a place like this on a road trip. We were able to get a table even though it was almost entirely reserved. The place was packed and yet we're received great service and very delicious food was delivered quickly. The waffle fries are fantastic.

Delicious food with even better service! Friendly atmosphere with house-made sauces, such as a raspberry Chipotle sauce, a maple glaze for the sweet potato fries and more. The burger was really good. Our server was so accommodating, as we brought our dog and she served us on a back patio (even though there’s only one table out there) and even brought a water bowl out for our pup. This place has excellent bang-for-your-buck and great menu options. 10/10 would recommend.

Took Dad and mom over here to eat. The BLT sandwich which is what 2 of us had was Delicious. Dad had the Mushroom and Swiss burger with two orders of the mushrooms. Very good. Wait staff is very attentive to your needs, beer it's nice and cold. Very pleasant experience.

The factory is a local gem, a sure visit whenever we’re in the area. They have the best and biggest wings in the area. The salad options are diverse. Friendly wait staff and good atmosphere.

Pulled pork was cooked perfectly and the sauce was even throughout, grilled cheese comes with apple wood smoked bacon. Highly recommend the lunch specials. Super friendly wait staff.

Very nice atmosphere, very clean and not too bright inside when the suns out. The staff is very kind and helpful, and always asking how the food is and if you need refills. The food is delicious, and they have many options. Would come here again.

Excellent traditional wings, crispy outside and juicy inside. Good sauce flavors. Long cut fries were disappointing, could have been crispier. Will return.

Nice atmosphere with good location downtown. No loud music so you can hear others while eating, and socializing. Variety of drinks, and food. Friendly workers, normal wait time for food, reasonable price.....

Great food! Went on the recommendation of friends, who were kind enough to give us a gift certificate. Seated ourselves at a high top table and were immediately greeted by a waitress with menus and asked if we were ready to order drinks. Husband had a bottled beer and I had the lemon drop martini. These arrived very quickly. Our waitress gave us a few minutes to look over the menu. I had the black and bleu burger with fries and husband had the mushroom and Swiss burger with fries. Other options for sides included onion rings, sweet potato fries (add’l. $1) and waffle fries, among other things. Food arrived quickly and was very tasty. My one problem was a spot I the burger that wasn’t quite as well done as the rest, but not enough to make me send it back.
Definitely will return. Fast wait staff, great food, tasty drinks, nice decor!
ETA: Second visit post-pandemic, and The Factory hasn’t lost a thing. Food is still excellent, staff is friendly, fast, and accurate. Take-out tonight, I recommend the homemade chips as a side for takeout as they hold up well on a drive.

I had a very tasty pulled pork sandwich. Service was great and a buddy had the sweet potato fries. You MUST try the sauce that goes with it.

Great place to watch the game and get some great food. Staff is friendly and you don't normally have to wait very long for anything. It's definitely a place worth visiting.

Been going there for years, love it. Bartenders and waitresses are some of the best in the area. Inflation making prices a bit high lately. Burgers, salads, wings, sauces, sandwiches, appetizers. All excellent.

This place always has AMAZING food and even better staff! The Factory never disappoints! At my most recent visit, I ordered funnel cake fries with chocolate and caramel dipping sauce. These are phenomenal, to say the least!

The wait staff was extremely attentive. The menu was much larger than you would expect from a pub and grill. 3 of us all ordered something different plus the 3 different appetizer selection. All of the food was amazing and it got to us quickly. The price was on pat with what you would expect from most similar places. I would definitely recommend establishment to anyone.
