The Storage Center

My husband is the one who originally got the contract so I had never seen it well when it came time to move into our house it was me on my own as my husband is military and overseas. I went in to ask if there was any way to prorate us for 4 days as our rent was due but being alone I couldn’t move the heavy things I went in to ask and the lady was very rude and disrespectful and said “you signed the contract it says no prorating so you have to have it out or pay for the entire month” I was so upset I fully understand yes we signed a contract but I had no clue as I had never seen it but she could have been a little nicer instead of being so snarky about it just poor customer service although when I went back to pay two days later the young lady in there was super sweet to me so I guess it depends on who you talk to

***Update*** Management contacted me and corrected the issue and were very polite about it and apologized for the issue I had. I’m am very pleased with how the issue was resolved!

Super clean, and amazing customer service! Specifically, Lauren was excellent to deal with. She was super helpful, and extremely nice! I had an outside unit plus a temp controlled unit and have had zero issues with my property as far as damage or bugs since I have unpacked in the new home. I was worried bc people said no matter how clean the storage facility and even if you got temp controlled, you would always have bugs and mice problems. But this place does not! They were out of the size I wanted so bumped me up to the next size for no additional charge. Rent from here and you will not be disappointed!!!

This place is awesome. Had some unusual circumstances and they were super willing to go out of their way to help me out. To anyone considering this place, you can see the prices on the front end but what you can't see is that the staff will have your back.

Ok....when you think of storage centers, what do you think? NOTHING RIGHT!? Wrong! When it comes to storage, think Storage Center of O'Fallon. Why you ask? One word....LAUREN. If you go here looking for a problem you won't get one. Could not be happier with my experience.

I don't really know what makes a real storage center but free use of a truck to move our stuff in was a HUGE plus and worth some stars.
