Love this Home Depot. I like to do online purchases to save me time and the staff is always on top of things to get me my order as quickly as possible. Marlo has always been really helpful with my orders and makes sure it’s complete and undamaged from shipping.

Exceptional customer service from Tom in the Tool & rental department. I too have been in the Industry for a very long time .he went above and beyond to help me today after calling four other locations.

I found everything I was looking for, when I asked for help this gentleman was eager to help me, he even went as far as to lead me to my product and helped me pick out the items that I needed.

I purchased a fridge here for Christmas and the supervisor In the appliance section Odalys was a HUGE HELP. Was very professional and left me walking out happy with my purchase. Shout out to her and her crew she keeps on 10. I would definitely recommend purchasing your appliances here

I bought "For Rent" signs today at Home Depot. I love the vanities.

I waited over 25 mins for Customer Assistance for an item that was not in display but, the App stated there was 55 in stock. Flagged down 2 separate Associates for help and help never arrived. Called on the Manager on Duty .. Miguel. He was very professional and apologetic. Assured that the item was restocked in the aisle and placed on a cart for me and extended a discount for my troubles. I commend Miguel for turning a bad experience into a good experience. Your organization needs more Leaders like Miguel. 👍

My favorite HD location to visit. Staff is friendly and helpful. My dog loves visiting when I need to buy tools and supplies.

I went there looking for some paint. Had no idea the type I should use. The customer service rep, Jesus, really helped me out, had great customer service, and was warm and friendly. I particularly appreciated how he helped this elderly couple that was in front of me. It was in such a caring nature. He acknowledged me immediately afterwards and took care of my needs.

After searching 3 Home Depot locations, I came to Bedford Park Home Depot, where JR helped me. JR promised me he would find the mirror I was looking for, if it was in the store, and he did just that. Thank you JR for your diligence and superior customer service!

I had the pleasure of having Tyrone help me pick out some vinyl tiles and let me know exactly how many boxes I needed.
Tyrone took his time and made sure I understood what I was getting and even giving some helpful tips that I was able to utilize.
I was very pleased and happy I came to this Home Depot.

I love the curve pickup service! When I'm working on a project and I need something I can order on line then have someone pick it up and know I will get the right stuff. Home depot gets an A+ for great service.
