After leaving voicemails receiving no callback previously, I left a voicemail on 10/21/22 and received a callback from your representative Dana. I must say that the customer service I received was impeccable. Dana was very sympathetic to the fact that I was never contacted from previous voicemails left. I explained the reason for my call regarding my mother, and she took the time to completely explain how the process would work once my mother transitioned from Medicare to Medicaid. She confirmed how any medications after that transition would be handled and even processed test claims to confirm the higher cost medications would be covered as well. Anytime she needed to place my call on hold she asked for permission prior to doing so. After working in the customer service field for over 25 years, this is definitely a representative I would want working for my team. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dana. Many kudos to her.

LaShanda helped me review a billing statement for my mom. She was kind, patient and helpful, and an absolute pleasure to work with! MMP has so many representatives I have spoken to who are really great examples of genuinely caring about what they do. I am so grateful for them.

12/20/22 Dana the Customer Service representative took time to explain and assist with details and corrections needed on the bill. She demonstrated knowledge of the billing process and showed professionalism by making and returning phone calls in a timely manner.

The customer service provided by Shanta in pharmacy and and especially Dana in billing was beyond amazing! They helped clear up a delicate and time consuming problem for my father who has dementia. The follow through is so appreciated in this time sensitive problem.

Medication Management Partners has been a complete pleasure to work with. They are the only pharmacy to ever reach out to me to let me know that a high priced drug was being denied by my insurance. Dana at MPP took the time to facilitate between myself and the insurance company to make sure the unknown problem was corrected. I have been trying to do this for 6 months and Dana got it resolved an about 1 week. Very grateful for Dana and MPP.

Very good to work with. I was able set up autopay for my dad's medication, which was so convenient. They sent what he needed right to his facility.

Recently I had the pleasure of working with Valerie on a new claim for my mother. She was extremely understanding of the situation and took all my information, saying she would call back the next day. Just like clockwork, she was back the next day with a resolution to the concern I had with the claim. She was so pleasant to work with and it makes things so nice when someone follows through as promised. Valerie is quite an asset to the team!

Friendly and helpful customer service! Ashanti was awesome and went above and beyond assisting me with updating insurance for my parents and reviewing covered meds. She called within a day to update me on a few uncovered meds, costs and alternatives. All while being personable, kind and understanding. Thank you Ashanti!

I had to call in several times to check if they received my payment and make a payment my dad's account. The other staff as well as (Valerie) was very, very helpful and also helped me set up the automatic pay.
