Infusion therapies and changing care providers can be complicated and stressful, but Metro was great through the whole process. My first time coming here went smoothly and was better than the various infusion sites I've used in the past. Kind, professional staff, a clean, comfortable clinic, and efficient operations made this my best infusion yet

My doctor suggested I get Evusheld injections since I have Lupus and I'm on kidney dialysis...Liz was wonderful...she explained the whole procedure and asked if I had questions or concerns...Heather and Rosa gave me my injections and were just as pleasant...the facility is nice, comfortable and clean...

I just called 5 times trying to get through to be transferred to my infusion center downtown and whoever is supposed to be answering the phones picked up and hung up the phone the first time and then disconnected the call 4 times. I kept calling and eventually Heather picks up the phone with an attitude. I ask her her name and ask to be transferred to the downtown location and she doesn’t say anything she just transfers me over. Great job!
