Excellent customer service me and my sister were helped by Jenna. She was very sweet, sweet, kind, and helpful! She helped me found all my products even my sisters. We definitely come back again to the store because of her positive energy!!

Kristina helped us our entire time, she was very patient and kind. I talked to her about my skin problems and she listened and suggested really good products. Definitely going back again!!

The people who work here are angels. They were so fun to talk to and so helpful when trying to find products and have my questions answered. The store was so clean and most things were in stock. Thank you for your help, looking forward to coming back!

I’ve never worn concealer or foundation in my life and wasn’t sure of my skin undertones but I’m greatful that Joseline (hoping I’m spelling her name right) was able to help me. She was very knowledgable and since we had the same redness and undertones was able to help me pick the perfect shade in the dior concealer. Sephora you’d better treat her well because she has some of the best customer service I’ve ever received! I also have a Sephora and an ulta equal distances away from me but something tells me this experience will have me coming back🩷

Always a pleasant experience at this Sephora location. You get to shop in peace and no pure pressure. Olivia is extremely informative and knowledgeable in the skincare/makeup world. Highly recommend asking for her! Will definitely be visiting this location again.

Loved the staff at this particular Sephora, welcoming and friendly! I had never once experienced anything bad with this Sephora. The people truly deserve a lot of recognition for their amazing customer service, cleanliness and, best of all, knowledge of makeup! Fabulous. I came back a while ago because I was running low on foundation and everyone was constantly offering to help. I’m grateful that we have a Sephora in Burr Ridge, It’s so close to my house.)

Did my makeup last minute and I’m so happy with the results!

Everyone is super friendly, and helpful the location is nearby so I don’t need to go to Orland Park or Oakbrook Mall. The only thing is when I had a question about my receipt the lady next to the cashier explained it to me VERY loudly making me feel like the whole store was listening. Other than I will definitely be shopping at that location

Excellent. Staff is very nice n welcoming everytime I go...I ordered few lip colors online which I didn't like so went to burridge location and it was very smooth n pleasant. No question asked they helped me to find new colors and exchanged ...love this location

Selame (im probably spelling her bame wrong) was AWESOME! very knowledgeable on the products. I went for 1 thing and left with 2. Very nice, pleasant, and bubbly.
