My family has been through a lot of dentists. The care and compassion Dr Arnold shows to not only my children, but our entire family speaks volumes to his character. Top notch dentist! Highly recommended.

Dr. Arnold and his staff are the most wonderful, professional, and caring people that i have been too. I have been to several dentist in my life and never been treated like him and his staff has treated me.. He is honest with you from the very start. He is not there to treat you like just another person and about the money, he there to help you get your self esteem back. I will recommend him and his staff to anyone that needs dental work done. Again Dr Arnold and his staff I appreciate all that you have done for me.

Dr. Arnold and his staff and great... got me in on an emergency appointment same day!!! Took the tooth out I needed out, he is super fast and very caring. He even had one of his nurses come sit with me for as long as I needed after he was done so I could regain my composure and was comfortable to go! 100% recommend him and the staff to anyone!

I had very bad tooth pain and they got me in the next day! I had to have a tooth extraction and had never had one but he walked me through it, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Definitely a pleasant experience with getting a tooth pulled for the first time. He's a very careful, nice man! He also let me sit until I got my composure together, which was nice instead of rushing me out.

First visit: I took my mother to Dr. Arnold after researching his internet presence, which was excellent, but I focused on the word, “kindness” in his reviews.

First impression of the office: One of the most beautiful dentist offices I’ve seen. A restored older building, decorated with a centered-placed, elaborate flower display. The office was immaculate, organized and clean.

First impression of staff: Cheerful, bright, professional and welcoming.

First impression of Dr. Arnold: Kind. I immediately trusted him (I’m a tough audience). He gave us optional dental plans and then I asked him, “If this was your mother, what plan would you choose?” He immediately told me and we accepted.

I believe my mother is in good hands and I’m looking forward to my mother happily chopping on her favorite food... apples.

As long time patients -- 20+ years -- we are happy to give Dr. Arnold and his staff the highest recommendation. I had a crown come off and I called Dr. Arnold’s office. I left a message and they called me back promptly. I offered a good time for me and they were able fit me in. They also told me how to deal with the tooth until I could get there. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I have always had great service with Dr. Arnold and his staff. I totally recommend his office!!

I find as I am getting closer to moving away from Southern Illinois, I will truly miss Dr. Arnold and his staff. Everyone is polite, pleasant, and professional. Ellen, my hygienist, is fantastic and just as sweet and gentle as can be. Never been a real fan of going to the dentist, but I really don't mind going now!

I had a very pleasant experience in your office in spite of the pain of a broken tooth that was cutting the inside of my mouth. Understanding the pain, I was given an emergency visit and dr arnold was able to address the source of the pain, until I could get back to get a cap on the tooth. I found him to be very caring and personable and the staff to be professional , welcoming and helpful. I an thankful that my daughters both recommended him highly.

Went in to discuss options about wisdom tooth pain and he was able to take it out that morning. I had never gotten a tooth extraction before and was terrified but he talked me through it step by step, made sure I didn't feel a thing, and kept my nerves calm. It took maybe 10 minutes. It was amazing! Will definitely go back for more needed work.
