Super 8 by Wyndham Fairview Heights-St. Louis

I was greeted with a smile and friendly service. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed, and provided me with quiet room for a very good night's rest. Bathroom was very clean with a wonderful shower. Then after getting ready went downstairs for some 'continental' style breakfast. What I had was fresh and delicious. Great room and service for a great value. Yes, I will be returning to this Super8 on my next visit.

We tried this hotel after stopping at a neighboring hotel and told their nightly price was double what it was online. This Super 8 was next door and they gave us a very nice room, clean, very friendly staff and a decent breakfast. It was a clean bed, hot water and food to get you on the road. I would stay again.

Great room everything works. Breakfast bar was ok. Coffee juice cereal waffles and bagels

The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was laid back. It was so nice having a washer and dryer available for use also that was right outside our door! The only complaints I would have was that the rooms are not wheelchair accessible. My fiance is in a wheelchair and it was difficult for him to maneuver around in and out of the room.

My wife and I were very satisfied with our recent stay at the Super 8 Hotel in Fairview Heights, IL. Sonny and his team were extremely professional and friendly. Everyone made our stay very comfortable. A special "shout out" to Judy in the laundry room as she was so nice to my wife and I. We will most definitely recommend the Super 8 Hotel in Fairview Heights, IL to anyone and everyone.

Was great price, clean room, only issue was the TV didn't work right but no big deal. I stayed again two days later got the same room and TV was replaced with a brand new one. That's customer service when problem is addressed and fixed immediately. I will keep coming back here to stay.

We have to stay in this area couple of times a year and I can vouch that this Super 8 always gets you the best bang for your buck! They always provide a nice free breakfast and friendly staff. When I stayed yesterday, I accidentally made a reservation on the wrong date but the manager Brooke stepped in and resolved my mistakes very generously and I was very impressed how she didn't take advantage of my mistake but resolved it in a customer-friendly way. I'd recommend this hotel and id keep choosing this hotel over the others in this area. Definitely the best-valued hotel!

Clean room, nice decor. No lingering odors. Desk clerk made sure she met our needs in a friendly understanding manner. Comfortable bed, great pillows. Only complaint and not important - soda machine gave a different soda than the one requested. A nice place to stay.

Just checked in and had to review Yusuf at the front desk. I checked in on Christmas and he had no housekeeping all day. The room I was initially given had issues. He immediately found me a new room, walked to it with me and made sure it was in good shape. He was very apologetic and professional. Excellent customer service skills. I could tell he had been putting out fires all night. He is an asset.

Nice room, clean and comfortable. We always stay in Super 8s when we travel because we appreciate the little extras...microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, etc. This is one of the nicer ones that we have stayed in, looks like everything has been updated. I will update after breakfast in the morning, but you can tell by the setup in the lobby that they will have a pretty big spread

Super comfy, nice sized rooms, hot water. Everything was clean and we'll maintained. They were friendly and quick to get us in. They went through extra effort to make sure my baby and cats were happy! Ironing board and iron in room, which the last one did not have

We stayed here about a year ago and it was kinda bad, but they have made many improvements. I don't know for sure but I think they might be under new management. The clerk was super nice and patient with us while we had to figure out a glitch with Priceline.

This place is so clean and cozy. Beds are huge and the pillows are large a fluffy. See for yourself, its what I expected and then some. Microwave and coffee maker in all rooms..And the staff are extremely friendly. For the price it cant be beat, especially weekly rates..

People are friendly and helpful. Room is clean. Has a microwave, small refrigerator, single cup coffee maker in our room. Towels and sheets are nice. Plenty of comfortable pillows. Quiet at night. Next door to several restaurants, and Planet Fitness. Very pleased.

This place was excellent. We travel for a living building restaurants and so we stay in a lot of hotels along the way. The room was so clean, smelt great, the temperature was excellent, the bed was good and walking distance to a couple restaurants for lunch or dinner. 5 stars from us. Thanks for a great stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. (Becky on the night desk was awesome!) The rooms were clean and comfortable. We haven't stayed in a Super 8 in years, but will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Great room, well maintained, clean. Breakfast available until 10am. Great selection of movie channels. Seriously a superior value for the price. Bonus points for being convenient to literally everything. Staff was friendly, quick and respectful. 100 points Gryffindor! 🥰

Very clean, tidy, nice rooms, comfortable beds. I stayed and returned twice. Staff are friendly, guests are working, or families. Quiet stay. Has cameras in parking lot. Will stay here again and again. Close to shopping and interstate. Has wifi.

The receptionist who checked me in (younger lady with light hair) was great, very polite and friendly. The retro room decor is cute in an odd way, rooms are very comfortable and clean. A great hotel stay especially for the price.

Staff excellent very nice and helpful! Rooms were very well kept and stocked and clean. Couldn't be any happy with our stay. It was as close to home as could be especially since we had a house fire and were emotionally drained.
