Thank you, Mike, for such excellent customer service! My husband and I visited this store looking for a twin-box spring and base.

We found both and even found a lovely eye mask. Mike went above and beyond to help us find the items at a reasonable price to finish our Christmas season off.

We had previously been customers about ten years ago and decided to stop in, and it was a great choice. Will highly recommend for every price range.

Fantastic customer service, Mike listened to what we needed and what we wanted. We wanted a customization done to the mattress, there was no problem in doing it. The mattress was delivered in a timely fashion and the delivery guys were here when they said they would be. They set up and hauled off the old mattress in no time.
I can not believe the difference this mattress has made in my life.This mattress is the first time in 20 years I have not had to use a topper. In 20 years I have had 3 new mattresses and with everyone of them I have had to use a topper because of pressure points.
I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my back in 2003. In 2006 a wreck amplified my back issues. I have suffered from sciatica since 2007, I was diagnosed with fibro in 2019, the same time I was have major back issues from a move.
I no longer wake up with severe hip pain, back pain upon waking up is way down.
You can see and feel the quality in this mattress. I highly recommend Sterling Matress Factory..
I blocked out the name on the old mattress, it was new in 2019. You can see the break down of the old mattress. This was not a cheap mattress far as cost but there was no quality.

My wife and I needed a much firmer mattress due to back issues. We stopped in with the intent of just looking and seeing what a really good mattress would cost. Mike, the owner, was extremely helpful and truly listened to our concerns. He was very knowledgeable and helped us select a custom built mattress. We bought one that day because he was able to make exactly what we needed and at a very reasonable price. I very much recommend going here for a quality mattress rather than a big box store.

Their staff helped us select the features we wanted in our new mattress. We ordered with a deposit and then requested delivery. They were very accommodating and provided a good product.

Was delivered way earlier than they expected it to be ready, and the wait was already pretty short. I've been getting some of the best sleep I've had in years. Back pain I've been living with for a while was apparently due in part to my old mattress.

Best customer service! Emailed with an issue. They responded the same day and followed up next day with a phone call. They came and fixed the issue at no cost! Definitely recommend!

I walked in and instantly it was very homey feeling. I looked around at the mattresses they had and purchased 2 twin mattresses for my daughters new bunk bed. The price was wonderful under 300 for both. Not only that the guy who helped me was very nice. There was even a spot for my youngest to play with some toys while I was getting the mattresses. They also do delivery which is great since we don't have a truck. If I'm ever in the market for another mattress I will definitely go here over all others. Highly recommended.

I needed two new mattresses for a bunk bed for my kids. I walked in with 4 little kids. They had a play area for them, took care of all of my questions and were very accommodating. I was able to get what we needed and will have it delivered. They will get all of our business from now on and I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs a mattress.

We currently have a mattress from here and it is very well built. We just purchased our second one which is a softer one than the first. Our first one is 9 years old and still like a new one, it's just too firm for us now as we have gotten older. Highly recommend this company

Nice people, very helpful & reasonably priced.

My husband and I LOVE our mattress, and we have decided it is the best one we have had so far. We are going to see if they can make us a special mattress for our camper. We purchased two within the first years of our marriage and they were horrible. We woke up with sore backs and aches and pains. We are so glad we made this purchase. If and when we have to buy another mattress, it will be Sterling. Thank so much!

This was our second mattress purchase. We are very pleased. You do not get the run around. They are very personable and make you feel important as a customer. They have just about anything you want in a mattress and can even accommodate odd needs. I will come back again in another 10 years.

The guy was very helpful during our shopping and we find the right bed that we were looking for. It is free delivery plus they will take our old bed with no extra charge. I was satisfied.

My wife and I had been looking to purchase a king size memory foam mattress. We bought and took one back to a BIG BOX store (that was kind enough to take it back). Some were so expensive that a second mortgage may have been necessary to swing the purchase. Then we tried the Sterling Mattress Factory and found their memory foam mattresses seemingly as comfortable as the super expensive ones. We also enjoy purchasing from a local business whenever possible, especially for better price and similar quality, so buying our mattress from TSMF seemed to be the best deal on the best mattress we could find. We have not regretted it and probably 8 or 9 years later are still sleeping soundly on it. Our daughter and her husband live in St. Louis, are wealthy, and bought their memory foam mattress at Sterling after failing to find any they liked better up there. We have a number of their innersprings scattered around the family now as well. We are sold on the fine products and people at the Sterling Mattress Factory.

I worked for them roughly a year and 3 months. They are truely the best people i have ever had the pleasure to work with. The sterling family truely cares about there customers to their fullest abilty. As an employee they treated us amazeing! They are completely 100% honest attentive and will go out of there way for the customer. I have seen mike personally go way out, above and beyond for the community and the people in need.
