Salesperson and completing the paperwork were great. 2 weeks later I received delivery as promised. Scott and Adrian were awesome with delivery and helped us place our new furniture where we wanted it. Very fast and efficient!

Friendly staff, great prices, and very easy to work with. Rex was the perfect salesman! He was very helpful without being pushy which I appreciate very much. He did his best to get me the best deal that he could and our furniture should be here this week. Overall, I have no complaints.

The sales lady was very good at listening to what our needs were and steering us in the right direction. She knew what she was doing and we didn't have a long wait. I walked in, overwhelmed with selection. Tammy asked me questions, then walked all around with me showing me options, pricing everything for me, with no pressure.
Once I ordered, there was a mix-up on the delivery date, which was very important to me. They made a special effort to make sure I received my beautiful sectional on time.

Have now purchased 2 lazy boy recliners, Samsung washer and dryer, Sealy California King pillow Top Mattress and Box Spring and now getting ready to purchase leather couch and love seat and new end tables. wanted a new recliner, bryan met us as we entered, showed us the huge selection and all price ranges., bryan explained they were having a sale on all recliners so we picked a good day to buy. after 30 or 40 minutes of choosing we made our choice bryan was great and the young men who brought and set up the chair were awesome, overall our experience was very good.

We bought a reclining love seat on Thursday. It was delivered on Saturday. The sales team showed us a large sample of examples. We decided to match our lazy boy couch. Gave us a great price. Processed the sale and handled warranty registration. We were on our way in less than 45 minutes. Saturday a couple of guys showed up and delivered our love seat. The delivery guys were great to deal with. They carried the love seat in and set it the first time carried. The whole experience was truly quick and easy. We appreciate the professionalism that everyone showed us. We will be back again. Thank all of you.

Lowell always takes good care of me. Helps find the right deal in my price range. This is probably my 7th or 8th couch/love seat combo that I have purchased from him. This goes all the way back when the shop was located in Pittsburgh. The service is always excellent and the salesman although sometimes a little too pushy are all very knowledgeable about the products. I found If they don't know right off hand they make certain to do the proper research to obtain the correct information about whatever piece you're interested in. Wheelchairs are provided at the entrance to the store & we are so grateful for this. My husband needs one & the staff is always to considerate, patient & helpful. Even the delivery men are complete gentlemen. Respectful, knowledgeable & fast. Especially today as it was raining hard! They were still cheerful & so pleasant! We feel like everyone at Anderson's Furniture is family. With beautiful, quality, decently priced furniture. Amazingly helpful salespeople (not pushy), you know the type. Delivery is always quick & they treat the furniture like it was gold! So, here's to another 10 years of furnishing our home the Anderson Furniture way!!

I went over to browse. Jessica approached me as I walked through the door and hepled me the entire time. She did a great job. While shopping for a sofa only, I left with a living room suit as well as a sofa and love seat. Super nice prices too. She was amazing!

Beautiful store. If you have not been in to the new one you need too. They have anything you are looking for. They can order in absolutely any piece that is not in stock. It took me a while to find what I was looking for for my new home. I went in Jessica was my lovely sale representative and she was amazing. I changed my mind when I seen they had what I had seen in another store that was much more expensive. I talked with Jess got my measurements from her and prices was amazing at how much more affordable they were. The delivery men were amazing very nice and placed each piece just how I wanted it. Waiting on three pieces to come in and other than that it was a wonderful experience.
