Arabica Cafe

Nice, casual coffee place with delicious sandwiches and pastries. There are a few tables to sit inside and some bright umbrella tables outside, too. The owner and staff were very friendly! We stopped in for lunch and really enjoyed our food - generous deli meat portions and great rolls that they make in-house. We are excited to stop by again and try their breakfast!!

Perfect spot to grab a cup of coffee, meet a friend, or even to work from. Nice ambience, with friendly and attentive staff.

Really enjoyed their breakfast ham and egg sandwich. The bread used is really good. Looks like they also use the same bread for their other artisan sandwiches. Would like to see a little variety in terms of bread selection, but that's not a huge deal at all. Sandwich was still yummy.

Will be back again!

An absolutely fantastic breve latte. I also had a croissant which was fantastic. It was a packed house, so unfortunately I couldn't enjoy it there like I wanted to, but I can't fault them for being so popular. Absolutely a great place to come by and patronize. I plan to be back

I've been there three days in a row while I was in town for training. Great staff and amazing sandwiches would best sum this place up and their drinks are great too. Zero complaints.

It was so mellow 😍 and the coffee was amazing . My husband like the best be there . I love the espresso and cold brew. I will definitely go back there . Plus it's super close to my place.

This place gets 5 stars all day! The food is fresh and the coffee is great! Very friendly atmosphere and staff! Amazing place to go get some lunch! No point in going to a Starbucks when there is a local gem like this!

Stopped in for the first time today. Didn't catch the guys name, but super friendly. They have the best pastry selection, lots of options. Tried the honey chai tea, tasty. Will definatly be back! Cute local spot. BONUS, you get a "newbie" cinnamon roll for free :)

Update: still awesome coffee, TONS of gluten free options. Loved the GF Chorizo Sandwich and GF Cranberry White chocolate scones

On our search for the next great coffee shop, we decided to go local. We had an excellent experience at Cafe Arabica! The food is homemade from scratch. The fresh, warm bread with my white bean chili soup…omg, such a treat! My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his breakfast sandwich and coffee too. The only drawback is there isn’t much seating available. We waited a few minutes for a couple seats to open, and enjoyed the ambiance. We definitely plan on returning soon!

Sam blended up the most amazing matcha drink for me this morning That I am enjoying as I type!! Everything I have tried here has been amazing. I love their breakfast sandwiches, gluten-free almond cookies, Mexique coffee and of course my favorite.... their Matcha! Something is different about their Matcha. I don’t know if it’s organic, ceremonial grade, or what makes it SO good, but there’s all the flavor without the sugar. Everyone is super friendly and they even get to know their customers by name and order. Mine isn’t easy either. I called once and placed my order and they said oh hey Carie! Makes it feel like a small town cafe when Elgin is by no stretch a small town. Awesome work team, keep up the great work!! Cozy atmosphere and outdoor seating available too. :)

Top quality food prepared fresh when you order. I love their baked goods, sandwiches and salads. When I think about the fact that this sandwich actually cost less than what I paid the other day at Jimmy John's is just incredible because there is no comparison. And coffee! Special varieties and brews, yum!

Excellent coffee and pastries fresh baked in house daily by the French trained Danish chef/owner. Outdoor cafe tables offer seating and create a french style cafe ambiance.

I stop in at least once a week. Excellent coffee, great tea lattes and the bakery items are delicious: ALL OF THEM. The bread for all their sandwiches is baked inhouse! (& really good) 10/10 recommend stopping in for breakfast, lunch or a just pick me up drink. Good vibes all around.

I honestly love this place! the employees and owners always have the best attitude; and giving you ides and recommendations for a better experience on the food.... During the summer I usually get the salmon salad, but lately I been getting their sandwiches. And of course, their pastries; chocolate croissant is my favorite one.

Absolutely delicious breakfast sandwiches, and everything I've tried from the baked goods has been delicious. Coffee is good too, though I recommend the espresso over their brewed coffee. Not because the brew is bad, but the espresso is just better. This is a gem for Elgin.

Great breakfast sandwiches and world-class cinnamon rolls. Would definitely stop here again for those rolls. Oat milk tasted a little weird but cold brew was good. A must-stop for any cinnamon roll person.

This place is awesome! The very friendly staff took great care of me even when it was quite busy. The full house must mean they’re good. I got an AMAZING iced chai, so smooth and the perfect amount of spice. The chocolate croissant (warmed up I might add) made me melt 😍. And my white bean & chicken chili came with a roll! Both of which were delicious. I’ll definitely be back!

I'm vegetarian and I was looking for a good breakfast sandwich. The spinach, egg, tomato, and pepperjack was AMAZING! And if you don't want pepperjack, they swapped in some cheddar for my girlfriend's sandwich. Excellent place 🤙

I love Arabica! They have yummy pastries, HUGE bread for the sandwiches which is by far some of the best bread I've had, and the coffee drinks are awesome. I love the Lavender Mocha Macciato ☕ and the lemon blueberry coffeecake is sooo delicious! Cyclones, suggest. Chocolate Coffeecake, suggest. Almond croissants, suggest. Everyone is so nice there and the cafè itself is adorable. Definitely recommend!
