We are so grateful for Frey Pet Hospital and Dr. Steen for helping our sweet Penelope get back on her feet! Miss P had both of her knees repaired from torn ACLs in June and we could not have hoped for a better outcome. Frey and Dr. Steen communicated with us throughout the recovery process. We appreciate Dr. Steen's clear explanations every step of the way. He was an incredibly straight shooter and answered any questions we had. Frey is so clean and well staffed. We would recommend Frey and Dr. Steen to anyone who's dog is needing knee surgery.

The care I received taking my little Thomas over the rainbow bridge was exceptional. The care and compassion was very welcomed.

Their normal animal care is outstanding! They have taken care of my kitties since I moved here and I won’t go anywhere else.

I could not recommend them more. I have taken dogs I own as well and board and trains I have here. Frey has been there for me in many ways; from a new puppy, training, X-rays, to end of life. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate and listens not only to my concerns but if I need things to be done a certain way at the vets for training they are always ready to make it the most positive visit they can. They have been accommodating to my disabilities as well.
When my service dog passed they went above and beyond. Giving him the best care they could, and then being as supportive and compassionate as possible afterwards. I’m thankful for every staff member here!

Sadly we lost our family pet last week. I want to thank the doctor, vet techs and all the staff at Frey Pet Hospital for their sincere compassion (as well as for all the care they have provided over the years). It means so much to us. Thank you.

Always the best care for my pets. Never feel rushed through the appointment. Takes time to get to know pet and family. Answers all questions and concerns. Even finds best way to keep care costs down, if possible.

We brought our dog here to establish a primary vet for her. It was her first time going to a vet and the staff were all so good and patient with her. The vet we saw (Kathy Koopman) did such a great job explaining what she was doing throughout the appointment. She also let us know about some additional vaccines she’d recommend given we live in an area with a lot of wildlife. At the end of the appointment she provided us with a quote for some additional services in a non-pressuring way. We’re so happy we chose Frey as our vet and feel confident that they will take great care of any of our dogs future needs.

Frey Pet Hospital employees treat your pets as if they were their own! They take the time to be kind, caring, thorough, and answer any questions owners may have. All of the vets are excellent; you can have confidence your much-loved pet will get the best of care there.

Frey Pet Hospital staff ALL get a huge thank you from us and our 2 dogs. When we visit everyone is helpful and patient. Even on a phone call! We never feel like staff is rushing to the next family. Thank you so much for caring sincerely about our pets and their concerns.

Frey has been fantastic with our puppy. They have given us care tips to deal with some of the chewing and have taken amazing care of her. Everyone is extremely friendly and genuinely happy to interact with our puppy. Could not be happier with the service.

UPDATE: Frey has continued to be amazing as our puppy has grown up and as we have added a second. Being overprotective they walk us through less expensive options and when not to be alarmed. Fantastic vets who always leave me feeling assured that our dogs are in good hands.

I rarely write a review; however, this is a great time to do just that. I have been taking my pets to Fry Animal Clinic for more that 45 years. This clinic just gets better all the time. I am so impressed when they know my pet's names and are so friendly to me and them. It does not seem to matter how busy they are when I come in, they are patient, polite, and efficient. We will never go anywhere else. We have a small dog, a large dos, and a bossy cat, thank you all at Fry for being who you are.

While visiting from out of state, my dog had a tick next to his eye. I could not get him to stay still to remove it. Called Frey, they got him in and removed the tick for free. That was after I got lost and was about an hour late for appointment. They were great.

The staff at Frey are amazing. They were so kind when I had to put down my fur baby.
I bring all my pets to Frey and will continue to do so. Great people.

We have been with Frey's for over 20 years and have had our two Pugs there. When our first passed away, they were very nice and helped us with questions we had for our second. I can't say enough about how happy we are with them from the moment we need to call for an appointment (and their pet portal online works AWESOME), to all the staff when we get there, to the vets and techs. They listen to us and provide great care (and just attention) to our little girl. Always professional but still very friendly and personable. We know our pup is in great hands!

Before I got Shylo I had to find a Vet. The Vet. I had used, had passed. I searched the Internet and whittled down to a couple and then like it was supposed to happen, one of my friend's dog was not doing well at all and they were not happy with their Vet. (which was one I was considering) and they took their dog to Frey and got a diagnosis and meds and today is fine. So that made my decision easy. Shylo is 11 months now and we just had her spayed. Shylo and I only go to Frey. Their staff is incredible, very courteous, knowledgable, and caring. The Doctors always call me after an appointment and take the time to explain everything and listen to my questions. I have had several dogs over the years but the level of care at Frey is well above any I have used. I would highly recommend Frey for your animal's care.

Well organized and efficient but I never feel rushed. The doctor always gives a friendly follow up call to make sure our dogs are indeed doing better. Five Stars!

I have had nothing but great experiences with Frey Pet Hospital. Everyone on staff calls my dog by his name when I come in. The staff is very friendly and the Doctors are help full and treat me and my dog as if I were their only patient. I cant say enough good things about them. I will all ways bring my pet to them.

I moved out of town almost an hour away but still make the drive to have our fur baby taken care of by this great staff! They treat her like the part of our family she is. Super clean, new age technology, and friendly. Thank you so much for being there for us!

Today, we had to take the hardest step as a pet owner and say goodbye. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Every person I talked to throughout the entire process was compassionate and empathetic. They made a hard situation as comfortable as possible and we even made the comment "I would pay more" for the treatment and respect we were shown. Thank you to all the Frey staff for being amazing.

Have always taken care of our pups. Our primary care vet for our pet is awesome.

I just wanted to say thank you to the staff . You all made our sad day putting Dexter down not as hard. He went peacefully and is headed to a better place. Lisa and Jennifer

Frey pet hospital has been great with our rescue dog Storm. She is fearful when going to the vet and with new people. We have done fear free visits with them to get her used to it. They let us enter in a side door because the lobby is too much for her. They make sure she always sees the same vet and they do everything they can to make our visits as calm and stress free as possible for our dog.
