My agents office reached out to me about a review for my home and auto coverages. We made an appointment. Over the phone review it made it easy for my busy schedule.
Chase is so kind and personable. He helped me understand what I had and things I could do to help in the future. We tweaked something’s, even saving me some money on others.

Working with Colton has been a great experience. He made us feel so comfortable, and we walked away feeling well cared for. He made sure to learn about what coverage we needed before offering options, which was refreshing. We ended up with better coverage for a lower price than our previous carrier, and we know what we are paying for!

I recently had my review with Chase, who was very amazing at explaining my plan to me and coverage in a way I could actually understand. You know you get insurance and who really knows and understands what their coverage entails? I know that I didn't fully until him and I talked in depth about what was covered and not covered through my plan. He made sure that I understood 100% what I was actually paying for! And all the different things I've dealt with in my life I have never had somebody explain it to me and make sure that I understood it like Chase did, and I totally appreciated it! Insurance company's that I've dealt with in the past have been about how much money they can get and Chase was about how much information he could give! In between the time we set up the review and the time we finally got to speak, I was that person that checked around for cheaper plans, and of course surprised that State farm was the cheapest of all of them. After speaking with Chase I will never price up again! Thank you again Chase for taking the time to make sure I fully understood what my coverage is!
