I drove all the way from Indianola to Cedar Rapids to track down my package. I’m studying abroad and my flight leaves in less than 24 hours and my Visa package with my passport was still at FedEx in Cedar Rapids. A worker named Trish was the kindest, most genuine, hardworking person I’d ever worked with! She was so accommodating and understanding of the situation, and she went absolutely above and beyond to try and help my dad and I find my passport and Visa package. She called people from all over trying to find workers who could help retrieve my package. I’ve never met someone so determined and selfless in my life. She’s absolutely terrific and so were the other workers taking time out of their day to help me when they did not have to go to such lengths. Not only did Trish do everything she could to help me- But she was more than happy and eager to!!! She smiled so brightly at us telling us to think positively and would come in with good news and optimism. Her smile and care for customers is what the world needs. Needless to say I was beyond satisfied with FedEx’s help and I advise everyone to stay away from the U.S. embassies because they are the worst. Thank you Trish!

So I originally had a one star review but I am changing it to more stars. So I think FedEx has some issues with their drivers who are subcontracted out as well as their customer service which they also have no control over. Well I made it so customer service would transfer me over to the substation. I explained the problem and the guy I dealt with I forget his name handled my complaints very well. He assured me he would bring it up and I believe it was him who delivered my package personally. I was not expecting that and that was a pleasant surprise. This man went above and beyond to deliver my package when it was the driver issue. This went a long way with me! Thank you!!!

I ordered a product with a company that took much longer than they were supposed to in production. Today, I'm supposed to have my event with the product, they got it to fed ex late. I called the national Line to see if there was anything they could do. They quickly had the local facility call the driver and call me back!! They made it important to get it to me in time! Thank you for your follow up and fantastic customer service!!

I believe this is the FedEx that delivers my packages as it's the closest to me.
Anyway, the delivery person is always so courteous, even if I'm not there. If the weather is bad he makes sure that it stays dry. Today I had forgotten that I was receiving anything (or I would have left my garage unlocked), so he put a large plastic bag over my boxes.

I take my packages to FedEx at the airport. I know that they go out that same day. They're open until 9:00 at night at the Cedar rapids airport. They have their own sign and they're way away from the airport in the traffic so it's simply get to. The other places you have to have it by 4:00 p.m. and I think there's a 6:00 p.m. also. And since I've been going out there so many times you get to the people at work there.

We want to thank our regular Fedex driver for all he has done for us. He delivers to SW Cedar Rapids Ia. He is very polite and professional. We are elderly and disabled and he brings our large deliveries, our loveseat and our kitchen table and chairs, into our apartment for us. We appreciate his pleasant attitude and his willingness to help us out. We feel he goes above and beyond for us.

Fast professional and courteous. Usually there is not a waiting line.

I like to pick my deliveries up at their location and it is a easy thing to do with Fed Ex.

Fast and friendly service. In and out within 5 minutes.

The people here are very friendly and helpful and open til 3pm on Sat. That helps when you miss a delivery that needs a signature. Which is always for me.

Great Hassel free major center for FedEx closes at 9 pm weekdays which is very convenient.
