Traded in my truck as it needed tires, brakes, and other work. I explained that I needed a reliable vehicle. I spent $27,000, and the new (used) vehicle has a slow leak in 1 tire and a gouge out of another. Both discovered the day after purchase when my low tire light came on. Not even a month later, I now have lights on and need tires. I reached out to the dealership multiple times, and nothing has been resolved. I am so disappointed and did not budget for buying a car and tires in the same month. I did buy the additional dealer warranty, and I understand it does not cover wear parts like tires. This is about service after the sale. This unusable and unsafe condition is not from wear. The dealership agreed to replace all 4 tires. Side note; the salesperson Brian was good to work with.

This was my first ever car purchase and they made the process super easy! Especially Matt who did his very best to keep the selections of cars in the price range I was looking for along with another person(I forgot their name). And Casey for walking us through the process on how much we would pay and also taking the time to explain the different types of insurances through them and getting me out with a 2019 Ford Escape.

Matt was very helpful! He was able to get a car to his store and sent me a video before I made the trip down. He spent a lot of time figuring out what I liked and didn’t like and made sure I was happy with my purchase! They even brought my vehicle down to me. Excellent service!

Honestly, if I could give them 100 stars I would!! I worked with Susan, Everette, Kaylon, and Casey but the entire team was phenomenal! I had specific wants in a new car and this team more then delivered! My car (a 2018 Traverse) was recently totaled and when I say I loved that car I LOVED that car and thought there was no way I would ever love a car as much as that one. This team put me in a 2020 Hyundai Palisade Limited with more bells and whistles then I could even ask for and I love this car MORE then my Traverse! This team made my experience fun and eased my anxiety about having to start over with a new car down to every last detail. I can’t thank them enough for my beautiful new mom whip and making this experience above and beyond my expectations!!!! I won’t be looking for a new car for awhile but when I do.. I will 100% go back to this crew!!

So happy! Drove 2 hours away to purchase A 2012 Ford Fusion SEL! Kaylon was my sales rep and he was amazing every step of the way!! Walked me through everything step by step, helped me find the car that worked with my budget, kept in contact with me and had everything ready when I got there so I just had to test drive and then sign paperwork so I could be on my way! I love my car! Very trustworthy, hassle-free and friendly place to get a vehicle! Huge Inventory and reasonable prices! I’ve only purchased 2 vehicles from Westdale McGrath and have been happy with both of my experiences! I was apprehensive to have to trade in my first vehicle a 2017 Hyundai Sonata; I had become quite attached as it had been so reliable and was my first big “adult” purchase. Kaylon helped me this time around and he was amazing and personable! I wasn’t sure what I would be able to afford, but I knew I wanted another Sonata and he hooked me up with a 2021. I couldn’t be happier with this car! The process was straightforward as a returning customer and everyone I have had the pleasure of dealing with over the years has been helpful and friendly! Will definitely return for future purchases!

After my transmission went out in my car I was dreading having to go looking for a replacement vehicle. I called Westdale Superstore and Joe was super helpful immediately, asking really good questions to try and find a fit in his inventory. Joe very patiently helped me search inventory of vehicles meeting my criteria. He ended up working to bring some different choices in from other cities and I found the perfect fit for my family and me, a Kia Sorento 2020. Joe was patient, knowledgeable and dependable. He always made sure I got a loaner when I had to leave the vehicle to get some paint touchups a few times. He always communicated with me every step of the way. I went in today and Chris Mohwinkle gave me a great sales experience! I told him what I was hoping for in a new car and he did everything he could to meet my expectations. He was personable and friendly and made it a stress-free transaction. I feel like the dealership actually cared about what I needed in a car, and cared about what my experience after I left was going to be after the deal was done- which I find to be rare with car dealerships. We ended up making a deal where I feel both sides won and no one was taken advantage of. I'm looking forward to working with their service department in the future as well!

I am from Oregon and I have never found a dealership that has cared at all. I can truthfully say this is the absolutely best dealership I've ever stepped foot in. From Oregon all the way to iowa I had nothing but judgement and selfishness from dealerships. They put my husband and I in a car at the end of the day. We were struggling and had near to nothing to put down in a car and they found every way possible to help us. They are truly for the people. "FIND A WAY" is their slogan and they live up to it. I will continue to come to them.

The staff at Westdale are outstanding! They are very good at communicating with customers and they are a great example of what quality service is suppose to look like and they make sure the customer is taken care of! My Sales rep Matt Rhodes was consistent with keeping me updated on new information about my vehicle, and showed true caring/compassion virtues in terms of making sure I got what I needed! If I could give 6 stars I would.

Had the best experience here. My sales person (Joseph) he made my experience so fantastic! I was nervous at first but he truly made me feel like family. The financial department as well helped so much and they were absolutely amazing! Kc was also great! They have all took their time with me and my family, allowing me ask my questions and making sure I understood everything. It was a warm atmosphere here and I would recommend anyone to come here!
