He did a great job explaining all the different beds they sell and the features on each bed. He made our bed purchase easy because we had been to other stores by far he was the best that we had saw. We looking forward to getting it. Thanks Gary for a great experience on our bed purchase.

I purchased a Nectar king size mattress and after the mattress did not expand correctly, the store immediately ordered a new one and expanded it before delivering, so I did not have to wait. That was a nice surprise. 100% satisfied.

I cannot say enough good things about Bedzzz Express and Gary Owens. My wife and I purchased a replacement mattress for our guest room bed. When we took delivery, we noticed the mattress did not properly fit the bed. We had house guests coming and needed to replace the mattress with the proper size as quickly as possible. We called Gary and explained the problem. He immediately ordered the replacement mattress and had it delivered before our house guests arrived. Gary and Bedzzz saved the day! I highly recommend Bedzz Express to satisfy your mattress needs.

This is our second purchase with this store. They have a wide variety of mattresses to choose from, and a pleasant atmosphere to shop in. I went in knowing what I wanted and Gary delivered. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and did not pressure me to buy anything. They have a fast delivery schedule too.

The manager, Gary, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He didn’t use any high pressure sales tactics and was patient with us when we were trying to decide what we wanted. We got a quality mattress for a decent price. Fast delivery too. Highly recommend. Went back for a second mattress later.

I am so excited about my new bed! Craig, my sales rep, was extremely knowledgeable of each and every product and when I told him what I was looking for, he let me write to what I needed! The manager,Gary Owens, was really great to purchase a Tempur-Pedic bed from. I am disabled and bed-bound, and he took the time to walk me through which bed would be best for my chronic back pain. Gary answered all my questions and found my bed at another store and is having it shipped to my home. The guys at the Daphne, Al store were all great and went the extra mile to take care of my needs! I went into the Daphne, Alabama store and told Mr Owens what I was looking for and actually we both had bad backs and he told me to let’s start here. He showed me the difference in the mattresses and then explained about Tempur-pedic mattresses and I tried a couple of them as he explained each ones difference to me. Then, I laid on the Tempur-pedic Lux and fell in love with the adjustable base it was perfect and took all of the pressure off of my back, it felt like heaven.
Mr Gary Owens went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with that bed. He is a great sales man and I think not your typical run of the mill sales person he took time and really listened to what I needed. If this company gives awards for a great salesman he should get the award and be recognized for his ability to help people find what they truly need in a mattress for a good nights sleep and a great morning start the next day. This was our first and last stop! Brenda Miller was amazing! What a nice, enthusiastic lady and what great customer service! We told her what we were looking for and in what price range. She showed us several options and encouraged us to try them out. The quality and pricing were unbeatable! After purchasing, the mattresses were delivered by a very professional team at the date and time promised. I could not have asked for more from Brenda or her staff. I highly recommend them!!

Brenda was awesome. She was very helpful and helped me choose my mattress and what I needed extra (frame, cover etc). She worked with me and got me a great deal. She even helped me to get it delivered earlier. I appreciate her help and will buy another mattress in the future at her store.
