Very friendly and helpful service. They have a wide assortment of all types of boots for men, women, and children. If they don't have it they will be happy to order in anything you like. Nice selection of belts, other accessories and some clothing. All sales come with an in house warranty. Repairs made to all types of shoes and boots. I have purchased several pairs of boots they had to order due to an unpopular size. After two years of constant wear it was time for new ones. It just took one phone call and they were in. They even offered to repair my others that were worn out so I could have a spare pair, this at no charge!

We have purchased quite a few pairs of boots (some as gifts) and shirts here. Over the last 20 years, I have had various shoes repaired. We are always pleased with their work. We will be back!!

I have probably bought 30 pair of shoes/boots over the last 20 years here. I even shopped at the old location. What they sell they stand behind. They have fixed any issues I have ever had. Meghin has helped me the last few years and she has been wonderful and a great help! Go see her!

If you hang out in here too long you will actually develop a Southern accent. Everyone was really nice and the service was on point. Also they have a huge wonderful selection of belts boots and hats.

I took shoe in with common minor problem. They glued it for me free saying they weren't sure it would hold but others they had repaired had not returned with complaints. I'll go back.

I did go back yesterday to see if they could fix my favorite belt. They didn't have matching brads for my leather, but told me where to go get them and bring them in and they'd fix it. Awesome! They will even advise to go somewhere else to get what you need. So accommodating! I'm really impressed!

Nowadays, seldom do you get the service and quality product that you expect. I just picked up my nice Cole Haan penny loafers that were re-heeled and re-soled. Everything was done exactly to my hopes and expectations. So much so, that I took off my other pair, on the spot, and left them for the same work. I am now wearing good quality shoes that look brand new and at less than half the cost. The big plus is that they fit my feet perfectly and I am as happy as a lark.....

It is definitely the only place I would go for boots the people are nice and very knowledgeable! Due too a motorcycle accident I have one leg that's almost 2 inches shorter than the other one. They raised the heel on one boot and you can't even tell it! Best shoe hospital around

The ladies that work here are so very helpful and kind. They repaired two pair of shoes with great excellence. I love stopping in here. They have some great boots!!!

Nice to be able to get shoes repaired at a reasonable price. They have fixed the heel on my pumps, velcro on sandals, & sewed a seam that opened in my suede boots.

It has a variety of boots and accessories. They also will put a new notch in your belt or repair your shoes. It was just a pleasant place to shop.

Very good collection of country goods and service is good too. I went in to get some cowboy boots and hats and came out with much more and also as a happy customer 😀
