I started OTF seven years ago. I wanted to quit after the first couple of weeks, but my husband and coaches encouraged me not to quit. I am glad I didn't quit, because I enjoy the workouts and the only person I compete with is myself. The coaches and staff are friendly, helpful and encouraging. Love my OTF family.

Workouts are amazing ! You are always challenged, each workout is so different , the coaches are fantastic, the staff is so friendly and the facility is always clean! I made the change almost two years ago to OTF and haven’t looked back!

These workouts are great! They are a combination of running, rowing, and weights. I have increased my speed and strength in only a few months. The coaches are motivating and offer lots of modifications and instruction when needed. Invest in your health, you won’t be disappointed.

This is a great workout. The coaches are friendly and on the ready to assist with form and alternatives. The front desk staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. I would recommend OTF to anyone looking for a one hour work out that can be fit into any day.

I’ve been a member for about a year and a half and I always get an amazing workout every class. There’s been a lot of variety and I never feel bored during a workout or feel like I’m not being challenged enough. The coaches are really attentive and motivating!

I have been going to OT for a year. It is the best workout ever. I’m 77 years old and have been treated with lots of attention and care. The staff is fun, concerned and very enthusiastic. They are very instructive to the class and individually thereafter. Love it.

Orange Theory coaches, management and front desk are exceptional! Management and staff are always going above and beyond to give the members the best experience with welcoming smiles, thorough explanations and always accommodating. The coaches are well trained, always energetic, pushing you to attain your goals.

I joined in October 2023, looking like a pregnant 57 year old man. Call Ripley's Believe it or Not. Six months later the belly is almost gone and the muscles are showing. The Coaches are Saints with people like me walking through the door, somehow figuring out how to make us the best versions of ourselves. It's more expensive than the McGym but you can't put a price on the results. In

6 years+ at OTF. While the workouts are varied and (usually) fun, the staff and other members are what make this location great!

Community vibe. Coaches do a great job of paying attention to form and providing modifications when needed. Always encouraging and friendly staff.

Such a wonderful workout. It is so challenging but will also match with whatever stage of fitness you're at. The staff at this location was wonderful. Maya was super helpful, and then the trainer, India, was super welcoming and great at instruction.

Orange Theory provided a great, fun, and easy to follow workout. My classes coach, Hailey, was energetic and super helpful! The gym is very clean, well equipped, and well ran. I loved it and would definitely do it again!

They just invested into their members and have all new treadmills 👏🏻👏🏻 I truly can’t speak highly enough about OTF Daphne. Their instructors are good, the workouts are always different, the facility is always clean, and the management does a good job. It’s the first place I’ve been that motivates me to go back.
