I have been using Eastern Shore Pharmacy since they opened. The service and personal attention is awesome, especially after experiencing the long lines and indifferent staff at the “big box pharmacies “. Steve is always available to answer questions and make my visit enjoyable. I recommend Eastern Shore Pharmacy to anyone looking for a personalized and friendly pharmacy!

I would like to thank Steve and the great staff at Eastern Shore Pharmacy for coming through for me when I had a medication issue, due to incompetent pharmacy management over here in Florida.

Besides the warm family like atmosphere, where they take the effort to know you and great you by your first name, their commitment to excellence in customer service is rare nowadays.

Steve and his staff listen and are there for your pharmaceutical needs, and provide what you rarely find in the larger chain pharmacies. I’ll just drive that hour to Eastern Shore Pharmacy from Florida, because I know I’ll be taken care of.

In my search for reasonably priced prescriptions, Eastern Shore Pharmacy was recommended to me by a friend. Mr. Steve Gifford was very helpful in getting prices for me to compare with Walgreens and Pure Life Pharmacy(which does not accept insurance). His pricing was better for most of my prescriptions and about the same for the remainder. So we made the decision get the new prescriptions filled and to move over of our scripts as of today. The service was fast and his staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Steve for serving the needs of our community! You guys made my day.

Eastern Shore Pharmacy is a quaint spot for gift shopping, medical supplies and over the counter vitamins and medications. Steve and his staff go out of their way each time I see them, both in the store and in the drive thru.
The products they carry are excellent and they sell a few items I can’t get just anywhere, like Ninja Cof, Defender and terrific bioavailable vitamins that are far superior to anything else I’ve tried.
I even love their earring selection!
If you haven’t stopped in, give them a try.
No one will work harder for you!

If you have even thought about changing pharmacies then you need to change to Eastern Shore Pharmacy. They are the nicest people with the best customer service. We have been beyond happy with them in all aspects.

Great service, every time I walk into their store they remember who I am and greet me by name. If you need a pharmacy I highly recommend Eastern Shore Pharmacy. Steve and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

A family friendly Pharmacy that is prepared to go the extra mile to help you in whatever you need. First class service that no longer exist anywhere else. You feel like you're important and appreciated when you drive up to their window. They always make you feel like your needs come first. I could not imagine using another Pharmacy. I realize their hours or not as convenient as some of the Big Box store pharmacies but they're personalization more than makes up for the difference in hours. I feel like if more people realized the quality of this Pharmacy more people would use it and they would be able to extend those hours so for those of you that like personal service please use Steve at the Eastern Shore Pharmacy he'll take good care of you.

Eastern Shore Pharmacy is amazing! I have never experienced better customer service anywhere than I have at this pharmacy. Steve and the entire staff are kind, caring, and competent people. They all go WAY above and beyond for their customers. I'd like to give two examples: 1) I regularly take a medication that became difficult to get during the worst part of the COVID-19 pandemic. I never experienced any problems getting my medication. I found out that Steve had preemptively sent in all of the paperwork necessary for me, and his other patients on this medication, to receive it without interruption. 2) I take quite a few medications. The staff at Eastern Shore Pharmacy has worked, on their own, to make it possible for me to pick up all of my regular medications at one time each month. I like seeing the Eastern Shore Pharmacy staff, so I will miss that, but only having to pick up my medicines once per month is just wonderful.

This is the best pharmacy I have ever walked into. The store is clean and well organized. They have very competitive prices on all their over the counter products. Steve, the pharmacist is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He is also very patient and kind. I recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

So glad we changed to Eastern Shore. So easy to get in and out with my prescriptions and everyone is so nice.

If you want a place that feels like family who goes the extra mile and always has your back who always helps you out in every way possible these are your people I feel like I'm at home when I go to this pharmacy they treat you like family they have your back and they are fairly priced even if they are a little bit more expensive it is worth it to go to a place where you feel like at home where you feel like family they really do care and I am grateful for all the help that they have given me and all that they have done they really are family and they really are home thank you so much for everything that you have done and that you continue to do keep up the good work you're the best pharmacist I've had in a long time thank you.

Steve is amazing! I needed a prescription that was out of stock everywhere in town. The other pharmacies said they had no idea when it would be available. He placed an order and got it filled in less than 48 hrs. Thank you Steve!
