BILL E's SMALL BATCH BACON

What an incredible restaurant! Billie’s passion for all things bacon shines through in his menu, drinks, and the entire staff. We were welcomed by the man himself and the service for our large party of seven was excellent. The food…oh the food! I have never had bacon so many ways that was each more delicious than the next! We couldn’t get enough, so we all bought a pound of bacon each to take home. This is a must-stop glorious shrine to southern hospitality and tasty yummy pig-products. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

We have died and gone to bacon heaven. Been waiting for this visit for a few weeks now. They were closed yesterday due to the cold, but we came back today. We traveled all the way from TX! Did not disappoint. One great taste after another. We’ll be back!

We love this place so we keep going back for the BACON 🥓 Unbelievable! We always get the bacon/caramel brownie dessert. So good we always get some to go… and the pork belly sandwich.. wow! They make their own bacon so make sure to get at least a pound to go!

Tyler and Kayleigh were helpful servers tonight. All meals were good. Wings were excellent, comeback shrimp sandwich was good (lacking some shrimp), and fries were spot on! Burger was good - could have been juicier but flavor was solid. Got "bacon bites" as an appetizer for the first time. Wish they offered some variations - comeback bacon, brown sugar, peppered, and bbq to suggest a few ideas. Did not reduce stars for "bathroom issues." Tables were clean. Relaxed atmosphere. Overheard couple at adjacent table order 8 beers from list that were all out of stock. Likewise, another couple completely changed fountain drinks because "they tasted wrong" (according to their comment).

Boondocked here overnight in our camper as members of Harvest Hosts. Had spicy boiled peanuts and an awesome BLT. Don't expect that sandwich to be pretty, but the bacon is amazing! My advice - sit at the bar, bartender is a friendly and attentive young lady. Try the local Fairhope Brewing beer on tap. You won't be disappointed.

Every year during our big family beach vacation, we take a day to eat lunch at Bill E's. The owner and his staff are always very friendly and welcoming! Order anything on the menu, you can't go wrong!! The comeback sauce will definitely have you coming back for more along with the blended burger, anything with bacon, and the Bushwhacker is a must for dessert! Such a cool atmosphere!!

Excellent quality bacon that’s very flavorful - thick and hearty. This isn’t your breakfast buffet transparent strip of “bacon”. This is a bacon experience!

So, I placed an online order with Bill-E’s, and it arrived yesterday, ready for this mornings breakfast, and let me say it is the MOST delicious bacon I have ever had in my life. While it may seem a little expensive, this bacon is literally the bomb, it cooked perfectly and tasted just as perfect as it looked! I’m so glad we ordered 5 pounds, because I have a feeling it’s gonna go fast! I highly recommend this place and their online ordering system. We even went out of town, needed to postpone our order, and Mr. Bill-E himself answered the phone and curbed any concerns we had. Kindness, and delicious bacon made for a perfect breakfast! Thank you!

My family had Billy over for a personal chef night. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner but also learned so much from him! He took time to explain every dish and his technique!!! I highly recommend booking with him for your next party!!!!

This Bacon is AMAZING!

I live in Nebraska and there are a lot of meat options up here but I have yet to find anything close to the quality of this product.

When you order, do it on line and if it takes a few weeks to get it, fret not, well worth the wait.

I ordered a pound of bacon, my only regret is not ordering 5 lbs. This is not your grocery store bacon. This is top notch bacon. I highly recommend you order some now!

Ordered Easter bacon. Daughter and family home from London and begged for Bill/Es BACON! 1 pound per day. She’s a French trained Chef and names it the world’s famous best!

Burger was great, location is awesome. Bill E. is a great guy too. We were in town for a conference and enjoyed it so much the first night, we went back for a second night. Great job!
