Summit View Village

For the most part, i've enjoyed living here. All locks of life withliving this neighborhood, Providing our kids, the plether of culture and diversity. Everything's kept clean and I think it's neat how summit view hosts So many events, sometimes specifically for the elderly. I think it's adorable. After the pandemic, they've even been almost twice a week. Hosting free food grabs at the office for any and everybody. If you can get into this community you're a family!

Love living here Been here for 12 years Management is awesome After the derecho everyone worked together to make it what is still is today. A huge thank you for the food pantry what a great idea. Hames really cares

Having just retired and very confused I have received nothing but great help and advice from Kelly and Becky!! You can tell they love their jobs! and thank you Hames for great place to live! Beautiful park!

It was really hard finding a place for us to go after the flood of '08, because we had a big lab. The Hames team found a home we could afford and were very welcoming to us and our dog! It's really quiet at night, the neighbors are always watching out for all the kids no matter what street they are playing on, and I feel safe letting my boy walk up to the park knowing someone along the way is watching out for the kids! The maintenance crew is always willing to help you! I really love living here!

Used to be a great place to take the kids trick or treating but not so much anymore. The park is clean and no one was rude or disrespectful so there is that. They had a haunted house thing but we didn't get a chance to check that out. Maybe next year!

I have lived in this community for 15+ years. The staff are great people and the community is like family. Great place to live that's quite.

CLEAN AND QUIET! Owners and residents take pride in the general atmosphere. This park shatters the norm...such a beautiful place to live. Multiple parks, a walking trail, a disc golf course as well as community events!

Best mobile home park in cedar Rapids. Clean and management is on top of everything. Animals don't run at large and all are always current.

Very nice place very clean , Quiet and we'll maintained and my Favorite Uncle from my Mom's side lives there.

We survived the storm!!! Management has taken good care of us and are working hard on cleanup to restore our homes.

Nice and quiet. Been enjoying the community since 2008. The owners are lovely and the managers are pleasant.

Loved living at Summit View. It was so quite from where I used to live I had to run a fan just to sleep.
