Brittany is awesome she’s kind and she is very understanding with certain situations and she wants nothing but the best for her tenants. If there is any thing that needs to be done she is on top of it and take our concerns very serious. I love her and she is great at what she does for the community

We moved in two weeks ago and this has been a great experience! Brittany was kind, helpful and a pleasure to work with. The neighborhood is is clean and quiet and the people I’ve met are lovely. We feel at home in this community and are happy with our choice to move here.

Brittany one of the managers, is the BEST! When the management at 5 seasons let my mom down, Brittany swooped in and helped her get into her place on a SUNDAY because she actually genuinely cared!

I enjoy the friendly neighbors🙏 The management is so much more available than the last “PerSon” Casey is more available than we have ever had at least in the 14 months I’ve lived here I can always get someone either in office or on the phone. Casey is very good about being patient and understanding when dealing with communication barriers ( thanks Casey’s btw) I have had a great experience with this community and I also really like my neighbors so all in all it’s pretty great to live at cedar terrace but I agree it is a little more pricey than the competitors but neighbors are always looking out for EACHOTHER and more than willing to offer a helping hand thanks Gretchen drive !!💕☀❤✌🏽

Great place to live. But higher priced. Clean pool and great people work there. Alot of new homes coming in.

I love my home and Tee in the office is honestly spectacular. She was swift and thorough in my moving process. Any questions that needed to be answered, she made it possible that I could reach out as often as I needed too; without feeling like I was annoying or asking the wrong question. I enjoy my experience with her every time. She gets it done.

Brittany is the best manager. She did a great job of helping my mother and I on an urgent issue. Thank you Brittany for genuinely caring and being helpful!

I was in a very tight spot when my company asked me to relocate in less than a month and Deb was the most amazing help. She listened to my concerns very early on and helped me work through them and got me signing a lease in the very same day I called her. We worked through the entire application and signing process in 1 day and over the phone (as well as keep in contact throughout the entire day till 8pm signing) as I live 5 hrs away from *now my home* I’m so relieved I don’t have to stress about finding a home and I can actually enjoy my last week with my current team and still be excited for my new opportunities 🤞🏻🤞🏻 Thank you so much Deb it means the world

This place has a come a long way! We looked at renting 4 or 5 years ago and almost immediately decided against it. When we moved back to CR a few weeks ago, we looked again and I was so impressed with the progress made. The property is well taken care of, neighbors are quiet, and the manager, Deb, is probably the best property manager I've gotten to work with. We had unique circumstances regarding our move from TX to IA and she spent a lot of time and effort getting us into the perfect home for my family. Which reminds me, the community is super family-friendly, too. I'm thrilled with our decision to move to cedar terrace and would highly recommend it to other families looking for a safe and affordable home, too!

Quite neighborhood that enforces the rules. Maintenance is usually done withen 48 hours. There is a pool and a community center. Off the main roads. Good, safe place to have kids.

Deborah Schmidt is the most amazing and thoughtful landlord I’ve ever had. She makes sure things are in order and everybody stays to their stuff. She and maintenance both take very good care of their homes and they are beautiful. Highly recommend as a place to live! I’ve been here almost a year and I love it sooooo much!

They have really cleaned it up out here and getting better everyday. Willing to work with you and help in emergencies. I had a furnace go bad. They put me on a payment plan for a new one w reasonable payments and price. They also came the very next day to get it installed. Without it , it would of been a long cold winter for me. We have a beautiful pool my grandkids and I love. A place to hold bday parties and such. I have lived here for seven years. The first few years were a little sketchy w some scary neighbors. But in the last couple of years they have gotten the trouble makers outof here and has really become a nice community.

Deb at Cedar Terrace has always been a pleasure to deal with. She truly cares about her tenants and I am always able to get my questions and concerns addressed quickly. It’s her to find good Managers and I’d say she’s certainly one of the good ones.

Love this Park quite, nice manager, location is private and located close by everything I need to be near hope I can get accepted but if not still great place to live in my opinion. Love the rent to buy options as well it's great

Such a wonderful place to live. They always keep the pool and playground clean and the manager is amazing and always helpful! A great place to call home!

Amazing community with great staff that are on top of it! Great amenities for their residents, and family oriented! Highly recommend making this place your next home!

I wanted to say thank you to our management out here at Cedar terrace Mobile home for when my water heater went out after the Derecho I didn't have the money to fix it and she proceeded to tell me they have a program that they will help you get a water heater but you have to pay it back in installments and they were reasonable installments and they also had somebody here that could put it in as well for a reasonable fee and now that covid-19 is here I am on unemployment waiting for it and they are working with me for my lot right now she has given me a few places to go to and I just can't say thank you enough for all she has done

Would recommend to anyone, the community has come along way and more and more new homes are coming to the community, maintenance is always going above and beyond , office staff is great too.

Nice trailer Court. My son and his girlfriend and they're friend are renting to own a trailer. Not bad for a fixer upper stater outter.

Paperwork and move in we’re very easy to work with and management was and has been fantastic, maintenance has also been checking things since we moved in as well
