Holiday Inn Express Fairhope-Point Clear, an IHG Hotel

All of the hotel staff as well as the manager are awesome. Crystal at the front desk is always waiting with a smile. She has great customer service skills and makes check in and check out smooth and efficient. She does everything she can to make customers happy with their stay and it is greatly appreciated. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The new renovations are nice. Can't wait to see when building one is finished. The only negative of my stay was the loud, rude group of ladies from the church group staying there when I was. They were rude to myself and other guests and to the staff. They didn't represent their church well in their behavior and attitudes. Other than that, perfect stay as always. We will definitely be back.

Great first impression and a nice stay. The desk clerk was really friendly and helpful. The lobby was beautifully decorated, very modern and clean. Our room was also clean and modern, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was tiny, but the shower had great water pressure, something I’ve not had in hotels lately. The small bathroom was really the only clue that the hotel had been updated and was not new. Overall a very nice Holiday Inn, we’d stay there again.

Convenient location to a meeting I had in Fairhope. Helpful staff gave me a nice room and everything was clean, well-appointed. Most important- it was quiet and I slept well. Breakfast was hot and tasty with a good selection of offerings. Nice job Holiday Inn.

Clean, bright, very comfy beds. Nice shower and fluffy towels. Front desk clerk, Vicky, was delightful and efficient and welcoming. This visit was the second time staying here and it was consistent with the first visit. Thank you, Holiday Inn, for upping your game these past few years.

Fairhope is a beautiful town , the people are friendly . It’s also where they shot the hart of Dixie Tv show . They still have the truck 🛻 from the hart of Dixie still there . This town is a must see . It’s beautiful, amazing 😻, the locals are so so sweet and nice . If you ever get a chance I would stop in at Fairhope. I wish I could live here . It’s so amazing here . I spent I night here I wished I stayed longer . I loved it here .

Great location five minutes from downtown Fairhope! The front desk associates were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was complimentary and had a nice selection. The lady who manages the Breakfast Cafe was very nice as well. My room was clean and comfortable with everything I needed. All around really good experience.

Best breakfast! out of the hotels I have stayed this one has the best breakfast. Room was clean. No smells. Friendly staff. Will definitely be back

This hotel was very nice. The Front-End staff was very welcoming and the room was clean and ready for our arrival. Free breakfast was great too. Thanks for a great experience in Fairhope.

Very happy, was nice to my family and took care of our needs when we were there. Breakfast was good. Room was nice for the money, clean and beds are comfortable. Customer service is the selling point for here, very on point. Overall, very clean and tidy. I will 100% come back from what I saw from our room, stay, customer service, and etc.

My aunt (sister) and myself and my 2 fur babies needed a place to stay and I just walked into the Hoilday Inn and Ms Vivian and another young lady help us out .We spend two nights and we were very pleased with clean room,great breakfast Ms Bonnie kept breakfast bar stocked with a variety of goodies.I meet General Manager Samantha very nice young lady,smart and very helpful. I meet Ms Krystal very nice and helpful young lady and Ms Vicky very nice and helpful..

This is a very good well run holiday inn express. Good clean rooms with excellent service and good location. Not the ritz but a great value hotel with dog rooms that are very fresh.

My family and I were pleasantly surprised by our stay here. We had a suite and it had plenty of room for two adults and two teenage boys. All of the staff was very nice and caring. They gave us very good directions and tips on places to visit while we were in town. Also the breakfast each morning was great and had a recently updated set-up. The breakfast staff was kind and accommodating making sure everyone had what they needed. Overall great experience. I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff make this place truly special! The manager up front, Samantha, is a rare gem! Professional and extremely pleasant. She bent over backwards to help several guests; including one who wasn’t in the best mood. The way she handled the situation was very impressive.

The breakfast was enjoyable. It was not your typical continental breakfast. There was a wide variety of foods; all of which were delicious and hot. The cinnamon rolls are a must! My only suggestion would to provide some more GF options.

Rooms were nice, clean, and spacious.
The beds were comfortable.
The gym was small but sufficient. There is an elliptical that needs to be replaced.
The pool was outdoors and was small, but serves its purpose.

Overall it was great experience.
Highly recommended.

My 5 friends and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express while attending the Fairhope Art Festival. The staff were impressively kind and accommodating. I also enjoyed their breakfast bar. Well worth the money! Its very clean and quiet. We will definitely stay at this particular hotel again.

The entire staff made sure we had an excellent stay, rooms were clean, tons of breakfast options. Nikki in the breakfast lounge went out of her way to help my daughter since she loved their cheese omelets and chocolate muffins. Super comfy beds, pool was very clean as well. My kids loved it. Stay here!!

Rooms are very clean. All staff is super friendly. The ladies in the breakfast area said good morning to everyone. THE MAINTENANCE MAN.... super amazing and helpful. Our car battery died after apparently leaving our parking lights on all night. We were looking for a tool to remove the battery, and he offered to jump us. Such a nice guy and super friendly. Completely recommend. Can’t say enough good things about this location.

We were visiting family and we stayed at Holiday Inn Express for the night. The staff was very friendly and much nicer than staff at other hotels. The room was great. Very clean and my kids loved how comfortable the bed and pillows were. The breakfast was terrific and my family enjoyed it. It was a good stay.

The best crew at this Holiday Express Inn. Every one was pleasant. We was there for a 4 days. We got a late checkout 1pm and While we was leaving half our stuff fell off the cart and one of the ladies came to help right away. The breakfast lady was very friendly and pleasant The cleaning lady Natasha Powell always made sure we had towels and even made our beds daily. We felt like we was home with good friends sorry I didn’t get everyone’s name but I just wanted to say how nice and pleasant our stay was

Totally impressive! We arrived for a 2 day visit and were very happy to meet such a friendly staff (everyone!) and have a nice, updated comfortable room. Very clean and well maintained breakfast area too. The staff was genuinely dedicated to making sure we were well taken care of. Samantha did a great job checking us in and letting us know we were in great hands. I would drive out of my way to stay here again with my family. I'm a frequent traveler, so this type of customer service is RARE! Thank you again.
