USA Storage Centers - Robertsdale

Clean, plenty of rolling movers to help the process, great experience all in all. The only thing I would have asked to change is when the entry code was given to me to come into the facility, it would have been nice to to know the sequence of the * at the front of the number code and the # at the end. I was only given the code but no way of knowing that I had to do star first and then pound. Thankfully, another client came out and told us. Other than that, it is a great facility.

My boyfriend and I use this storage unit and it is literally perfect!! Had good prices for exactly what we need. Also they are super nice there!! Highly recommend.

This is the best storage place in South Baldwin County. We decided to move our storage items here because the Storage place we were at was getting too expensive. Comparing the two, both are 10X10 and climate controlled. We are saving &50 per month now.

USA storage centers in Robertsdale is the Best storage unit I’ve ever had all around awesome! Great prices! Units are located inside with a A/C most thing I love about it it is under 24 hour surveillance Shannon, the store manager is amazing She makes us feel right at home. Love seeing her when we come in She’s always so welcoming she does a great job keeping the place clean. If I could give more stars, I would.

Great indoor storage facility. Very clean. Friendly staff. Highly monitored so you know your items will be safe. The area for loading and unloading your vehicle has a covered carport. Plus carts are always available to transport your items back and forth. Highly recommend.

Shannon is always a joy. She is polite, kind and she goes above and beyond to make sure that our needs are met when it comes to the storage building, being we work out of town. It's way better than calling into the 1-800 number where I feel like we don't get any help.

If Shannon was ever in a bad mood or having a bad day, you would never know it. She is good at her job! She needs a raise and a promotion!

Everything is clean /lights work and the receptionist is very knowledgeable and nice.

Shannon the manager is and was the most helpful and kind person I may have ever met. She was helpful, available when needed and very professional. I highly recommended this storage location and anyone that gets to meet Shannon , she is a blessing.

Hwy59 Storage has been MUCH better now that Shannon is running the office. She greets everyone with a smile, is very helpful, and keeps this place cleaner than ever.

We stored our belongings in 59 storage for about 2 1/2 years. It's clean and neatly organized. And affordable. Love that it's climate controlled. And now we need to store my parents stuff and it's the only one I trust...Mr. Williams is very nice and easy to work with.

Wonderful, convenient storage facility. They have video surveillance 24 hours a day and the manager lives very close to the facility. And he is there every hour of the day that they are open. I've been renting there storage units for the past 10 years and at one time even had three of their 10 x 20 and they are very comfortable in pricing 4 in door temperature controlled.not to mention the fact that they also rent all sizes of U-Haul trucks and trailers plus they have a storage parking area that's gated in the rear of the building for RVs, boats, etc...
