AT&T Store

Hands down the only AT&T store I will ever do business with for all my phone and accessories needs. Amanda solved my phone issues and even fixed some issues with my account. Emerald was so helpful in getting my service set up! I highly recommend this location. I’m new to AT&T and she was awesome in answering any questions I had. So far service has been great, very comparable to Verizon which I switched from and prices are great also!

I would highly recommend if you are wanting a new phone and service, go see Jennifer at the Robertsdale AT&T. Shes excellent at her job and worked very hard to get us the lowest price. We went to the store in Foley and was quoted a lot higher for two phones and service. We had so much trouble trying to set up a phone service over the phone and she made it right. Thank you, Jennifer!

Emerald from the AT&T Store in Robertsdale was excellent to work with. She helped me to understand what options I had and what was available in my budget. We ran into a problem converting my SIM from one phone to the new eSIM and she was able to help me navigate the AT&T Helpdesk with little issue. Would recommend going to the Robertsdale location next time you need help with your AT&T Service plan.

Bought two tablets from amazon to add to my account for my kids . They weren’t working at first the sweet lady there had to spend a while on the phone with customer care to get them right . She got me all set up and made sure I didn’t have any questions . Very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks for great service it’s hard to come by these days !

I went to see these guys today about getting my phone turned on and had a great experience. Travis was very friendly and knowledgeable with his product. He explained to me all of the options available to me, was not pushy and let me make my own decision. I will return to this store for my needs in the near future.

Not a corporate store. The ladies here were better help than the ones at the corporate store that is down the road 10 minutes away. I would go back here before going to the one in Foley.
