Edible Arrangements

Received a large bouquet as a gift. We missed the first delivery, and the next day they delivered a fresh bouquet. It was gorgeous and delicious. Everything was very good, and who knew chocolate covered pineapple could be so great!?! Lovely gift.

So after a year of not ordering an Edible Arrangement I decided to give them another try! This time I was blown away by the EXCELLENT service I received!!! The manager MARK is the epitome of a great manager with EXCELLENT customer service. I had an arrangement scheduled to be delivered this morning 2/2/2018 to a business for an individual, but the individual decided not to go to work that day to my dismay. However, Mark said "No worries, we will send it out on Monday, don't let that upset you!" He is such a great example of what managers should be!! I will support his store from here forward!

I placed an order online fairly early in the day and the delivery was not made until very close to the time the recipient was getting off for the day. I was told it would be delivered between 1-3pm and I get a call a 330p stating it was just out for delivery! I don't understand why there is only 1 driver. The next time I'll just go pick it up myself to avoid such a terribly long delay in delivery!

We came to the location on whitesburg to get a smoothie, there was only one person working who’s name was Maria. Maria was the absolute kindest most hard working person I have ever seen. In this day in age it’s very hard to find someone who is passionate worker and she absolutely blew us away with her ability to maintain the store, get orders out in a timely manner and have such a sweet and caring customer service persona. 10/10 would recommend this location!!

I just ordered an early Mother’s Day edible arrangement two days ago. They called me when it was ready in case I wanted to pick it up early. When I got there, it looked great! They were extremely nice and gave me some ideas to keep the chocolate covered strawberries in good shape for my 15 min drive home in a hot car. I hadn’t even thought about that, so it was very nice for them to mention. I will be ordering from them again in the future.

First, hand salute!!! The service was amazing, ordered same day delivery, took a look at fine print, and it clearly stated "delivery date and time not guaranteed, call store," so i called the store and was very impressed with service.

Second, the test...i ordered one from the university and whitesburg (neither knew), both same day, both same order, going to same address. Well, i am proud to say, make sure you order from whitesburg store. University did not have the same quality in fruit, even my 4 year old could tell, and some strawberries they shouldnt have used at all.

First arrangement was done ahead of schedule so I could pick up earlier in the day, fruit was fresh and delicious. Also I had a free voucher that had expired by a few days but the manager still honored it and had this arrangement done within the hour. Both positive experiences, definitely recommend this location!

I received an arrangement of dark chocolate fruit on Sept 26, 2014. Everything was fresh and delicious! And the balloon that came with the gift is still flying proud on Oct 15, 2014. I will use them every time I have to send a gift. Fabulous!!!!

I use the website to order. It is easy and quick. There is a huge selection of fruits and candies. They deliver when they say they will and my friends are always happy with their baskets.

I usually call for special occasions for my husband. The arrangements are nicely done and it’s eaten within 3 days. Delivery is not always dependable, but the workers are courteous.

The owner of this location is magnificent! He made sure my Mother's Day order was correct, even with the high volume of orders, wonderful customer service. Very polite, store very clean. 100% satisfied. Would definitely recommend this location.

Highly pleased! Walked in store wanting a quick edible arrangement made & a few other pieces for teacher appreciation gifts! Service was made a with a smile in no time at all!!

Love !! Fresh!! A little pricey. But worth the money if you love sweets and fruit.
