Absolutely wonderful staff. I bought a dining set and they even let me know to wait a couple days to take advantage of a Christmas sale about to happen. A lot of places wouldn’t do that.

Even after your purchase, they make sure you are well taken care of. Cannot recommend enough.

Michelle was amazing. She knew her product and helped us to find the perfect bedroom set. Joey was outstanding on delivery. He was careful to not damage abetting and explained the features of each piece.

There are three things that made shopping at Badcock of Daphne so great: 1) The customer service is 100%. The employees really seem to care about helping you find exactly what you're looking for. 2) There is a variety and large catalog of furniture, so I was able to find what I needed. 3) It's affordable!!! We looked for OVER A YEAR for a sectional that wasn't cheaply made and overpriced, or one that was "high-quality" but still out of our price range. Finally found the perfect one at Badcock that works our family, it's cozy, and well made. Win!

We had a great experience buying a sleeper sofa with Badcock. They did not pressure us and answered all our questions. When they set up delivery, they were there when they said they would be and did a great job removing our old sleeper sofa and replacing it with the new one. They also had the color we wanted. Refreshing experience to work with them and have them really just want to help us and give us excellent service.

Everyone at the Daphne, AL store is the best in everyway. Extremely knowledgeable. Friendly. Professional. Helpful. Willing to go the extra mile. And very easy to work with. I would consider this store and the employees a model for the Badcock brand and for businesses overall. I am very satisfied.

Just bought a sofa and Recliner. Saw the sofa online and it was the one we wanted. Store Manager Todd Peterson waited on us.we have been buying furniture from him at Babcock for the past 12 years. He is always very friendly to us and remembers us each time we come in the store even to just look around. We also bought a small rocking recliner that we saw the last time we came into the store just t o browse around!

I love my furniture I purchased at Badcock! They we're running a great sale that we took advantage of, with really inexpensive delivery and free set up. The staff was beyond helpful and even had my furniture delivered the same day it came in. Could not be more grateful! Thanks ladies!!

We recently purchased a new living room suite from Badcock in Daphne. Marjorie is the BEST!!! We sat on the couch in the showroom but only looked at the Loveseat in a catalog. When it arrived a few days later, we were unhappy with our purchase, but remembered them telling us if we were unhappy in anyway do not hesitate to come back. So reluctantly we did! They were awesome and eager to please us still. We were able to order a new set and return the other. They came a few days later, picked up the former set and delivered our new set and we are thrilled! They gave us no hassle about it but were friendly, courteous and we could not be happier! Will use them again for future purchases!

I Was Amazed at how gracious and friendly the Badcock Staff was. I was Pre-approved for a loan online, and bought a stove in the store in just a few minutes. I would send anyone to Daphne, AL., to purchase quality products.

Last week our freezer went out in our refrigerator. We went to several different stores but the prices were outrageous monthly. I remembered that Badcock had appliances so we rushed in. Marjorie was so helpful to find us the right one for our large family. Thankfully since we just purchased a bed there we didn't have to take another hit on our credit-since we are in the middle of purchasing our home. The guys that delivered were great too. Such a great experience in a desperate moment.

It’s always great atmosphere when shopping at Badcock. The associates are always friendly!!. I was there to pay a bill but end up purchasing an accent chest that was on clearance; great price for quality furniture.

I adore the Ladies who work here. They are so friendly and always help you find the best deal and right furniture to fit your needs. And the furniture isn't bad either, lol. Seriously, love this place.

Customer service is great. We had an issue where the furniture delivered wad different dimension than what was listed. They fixed the issue with no hassels! Furniture is low price, same quality of higher price furniture.
